Kirishima: "Roger that, sir!" With that, he ran towards the gates.
All Might: "Thank's, Cementoss. But we need to check what was that in the Flooded Zone."

Dolphin, has fish gills, white hair, and blue eyes. She was swimming in the Flooded Zone, looking at the source or cause of the whirlpool and Lighting.

Then, she stopped swimming when she saw someone at the bottom. When she got closer, her eyes widened when she recognized the boy. Without hesitation, she swam towards him, picked him up bridal style, and ascend to the surface before it was too late.
When she reached the surface, she jumped out of the water, and landed where All Might and Midoriya were. They flinched when she landed. Dolphin laid JoJo on the floor.
Midoriya: "JOJO!!" He crawled towards JoJo.
Red/Liz: "JOJO!!"
Red put his revolver back in his holster and Liz put out the fire that was on her arms, and ran towards JoJo's side.
Dolphin: "Liz, I need your help with the CPR!" She put both of her hands over JoJo's chest, ready to do CPR.
Liz: "Ok!"
Liz kneeled beside JoJo's head, holding his mouth open and ready to pinch his nose.
