A few months ago
You lie down on the comfortable single bed, having your shirt up. Your bump is showing. You are twenty weeks pregnant, which means you can see what gender the baby will be. Since Shuri can do a check-up on the baby and you, she's also able to look at which gender you both are going to have.
You lie your hand behind your head, looking at Shuri who's doing something on the hologram screen. She is wearing a white dress with a golden statement necklace. "Are you ready, my love?" Shuri turned around and walked over to you, she's holding one kimoyo beat that will reveal the gender soon.
"Yes." You smiled and giggled. "But it seems like you aren't." You took her hand. Shuri sighed and smiled.
"I love the idea of not knowing. Hm? We still can go back." She caressed your belly with her warm hand.
You place your hand on top of hers. "I can't wait long, Shuri." Shuri pouted. "What if I know the gender and you will wait until labor? I will promise that I won't say anything or make you notice what our baby is."
