You open your eyes and sigh, after the dance night, you couldn't help but think about Moses. It's already a few days later since you both kissed at the cafe and your father was giving her the fault that you are almost in danger. Which you didn't like because she did nothing wrong, you both just had a fun time together.
You and Mo tried to keep your distance from each other, only so your father won't get worried again. But for you, it's so hard since you are madly in love with the buffalo soldier. You want to listen to your feelings.
You opened your window and you could see Mo from there. She's changing the hooves of her horse. You pressed your elbow against the window frame and you rest your chin on your palm, staring at her.
You couldn't help but smile at the sight of her. She's so beautiful and strong. Mo get down on a knee and placed the ankle of her horse against her leg, changing his hoof with force. You wouldn't dare to think about a woman but you did. You could already see you both starting a family, having a farm together with horses, happily married, and not getting enough of each other. Being all safe and sound, you already felt this way when she is here. You couldn't imagine living without Moses. All you want is her asking for your hand.
