Next morning ~

Authors POV ~~
Naru was done with her morning routine and dressed in her school uniform 👇

When she went in living room she saw Kai reading the book he was also waring his school uniform 👇

Naru: "I'm leaving for school"
Kai looked up to her "isn't that to early ?" He let out
Naru: "I know, but it's something that calling me out!" She said smiling
Kai raised one of his eyebrow at her words"hm 🤨..ok"

Naru was walking on the bridge railing while humming a song
???: "Hey! Watch out!"
She got startled by a suddenly shouting from someone and slip from where she was standing but before she could foll in the river an hand hold her wrist
???: "I got you" she looked up to him and remain silent he pulled her up 'he is power full' she thought in her mind when they both looked in eachother's eyes the heart's started to skip she saw his cheeks getting a bit pink "H-hello.. I m mark" he said while being a bit shy "I'm naru.. naru koronae.. hm? That dress are you a trasfer student in phoenix University?" (Same as Kai's uniform)
Mark: "yes.. would you like to go together?"
Naru agreed to his offer they were in the same class room mark notice her seeing someone out of the window who was in his own class but not even paying attention to class
Mark: "who is that?"
Naru: "oh, that's Kai.. you don't know him?"
Mark: "no." He said shortly
Naru: "well, everyone knows him he is the world champion of the beast fighting tournament for 3 time's by now"
Mark: "really, tel me more about him"
Naru thought why he don't know his I mean he is known by everyone in the world he looked a suspicious to her.
Naru: "he don't have friends and his classmates call him the lonely phoenix. He don't like to talk anyone but he is no 1 in grades and he has a younger sister but no one knows about her here" she didn't told him that she is Kai's sister cuz Kai don't want anyone of the school know about her.
Mark: "I see"

In lunch time~~
Naru went to her brother" hi!" She said cheerfully he looked at her blankly "what are you doing here?" He said coldly naru: "just to see you -" Kai cut him by saying "leave" she turn behind to leave but for her surprise she saw mark looking at her blankly he hold her wrist "mark?" She asked but he didn't answer just pull her behind him to the rooftop then he let her wrist go"naru, I want to ask you something "
Naru: "what is it?"
Mark: "why does everyone call you strange and tells to keep distance from you if I want to have friends here is something happen between you and them?"
Naru lower her head "I see it now" she said in a low voice then she looked at him and smiled "you can have more friends if you stop talking to me.. I'm stange for them because I'm not like them"
Mark: "why is that?"
Naru: "it's.. somthing I can't tell you.. sorry.. farewell then" when she was about leave he again hold her wrist to stop her "hey, I became your friend and if I became a friend to someone I carry on to become a good friend no matter what happen"
She turn back to see him in his eyes he looked so determined and Meant what he said she could see it clearly at his face suddenly mark reach out to her face and wipe her tears off with his thumb she didn't realise her tears until mark wipe them off.
Then they both looked in eachother's eyes and suddenly laugh togather.
Kai was watching from a far he saw everything that happen between them, with a blank face he turn and left.

Time skipped~~
When Kai was walking his way home he got a feeling someone is following him he turn behind and saw someone tries to hide behind the tree Kai sight "what do you want weird guy?" He said blankly
The guy face him "a battle" Kai's blank face suddenly turn into a smirking one. His eyes looked intense someway..

They went to a park where people can have practical matches they both call they're beast out of the badge Kai's partner was a phoenix( yup

and the guy's partner was a dragon

The both can fly so they start the battle in air the guy told his partner to catch phoenix in his claws
Kai: "speed up xineohp!" (That's the name of his partner I know I just write the spelling from the back words but that sound like mysterious name😂)
He couldn't see where did it disappeared
???: "Did you teleport it somewhere?!" Kai: "hmmp!.. you don't deserve to fight against my xineohp!" He said coldly and in a blink xineohp beat the dragon
Other side
Mark: "naru~if you are done with the book let's have a practice match.."
Naru: "hm?..you really wanna play?" She said while closing the book mark: "yup"
So they went to the same park as Kai and they saw Kai and another guy with him
Kai: "what a waste of time..you should practice to make yourself better.." In cold voice
Guy: "I'm sorry about that.. I'll keep that in mind.. Kai:" what was your name again?"
Guy: "it's Mario"
Kai turn to leave but to his surprise he saw naru with mark he eyed them and left
Mark was clinching his fist and suddenly approch Mario and punch him in the face..

Mark is 19 years old and he'll be the love of naru. He is a gentleman but sometimes people think of him as a suspicious person because of his super gentleman behaviour.

Mario is 19 years old he not aware of his own ability and he is a big fan of Money he can do anything for money but he can't betray his family, and his friends is his only family he is an orphan.)
