Wednesday's POV

I speed through the woods.

Passed by few other people.

I heard Xavier say something to me.

But I ignored as I focused on getting the flag and returned to the boat.

As I placed my hand on that stoned wall my head threw back and everything went black.

Or so. . .

When I opened eyes, I'm at the same place but the time is different and there is fog.

I was confused.

And I turned to look around, questioning how I get there but as I turned back around once again, I was taken aback when now standing before me is a figured, looking just like me but the hair and clothing were different.

"You're the key."

Third Person's POV

Her eyes snapped back opened, she is now back to the right time. Wednesday is confused of what had just happened but she could think about that later.

"Having a cat nap?"Wednesday heard Bianca and she looked up to see the siren smiling down on her before she took off with their own flags.

Wednesday frowned.

She got up and quickly made her way back to the boat, Enid obviously isn't please of her coming back last but she didn't care about it, maybe, anyways they continue moving.

And of course still in the end as Wednesday had anticipated they won, and she get to see Bianca's face being distorted by the fact she lose.

The frown on Enid's face didn't last long as she celebrated in victorious as her team finally beat Bianca's in this year's poe cup race but that victory feeling didn't last very long as she spotted the Goth eyeing the siren with a amused smirk.

Probably because she beat Bianca but that isn't what Enid is catching on here. Clearly and obviously not liking the Goth's attention being sent upon anyone at all, not even a teacher.

"Wednesday I will snap your neck if you won't stop staring at her."is what she would wanna say if she could but then Enid caught herself up, she begin to question herself as to why she is acting like this, like some kind of possessive girlfriend when they are barely friend's.

They then returned back to Nevermore and there Weems did her speech about who won this year's poe cup race which obviously were the black cats.

Enid felt her joy returned again as she eagerly received the huge trophy, bragging it to others as her and her teams except Wednesday celebrated.

Wednesday doesn't appreciate the noises at all and decided to slip away, she doesn't like the looks she is receiving, she isn't used to them at all.

She found a spot, it was dark and just right for her to hide between, it's beside a statue of Allen Poe. She embrace her knees close to her as she hide, trying to appear smaller.

As she is now alone, somewhere dark.

Her thoughts begin to drift back to that odd vision she had. What does she meant about her being the key? That kind of vision never happened before. Who is she?

The yong goth has so much question that needs answers but all she got are more and more questions. Wednesday then let out a frustrated sighed and tilted her head a bit up and caught a glimpse of the book the statue is holding.

She narrowed her eyes a bit as she stared at the book and she found the same sun symbol that she had seen before from her previous vision, after the death of Rowan.

That's her first clue!

Then suddenly Thornhill appear."Wednesday, what are you doing there?"this made the goth snapped her head towards the red headed woman who helped her(which doesn't need) out the corner she is hiding in.

"Everyone was staring at me oddly, I don't like it."Wednesday said completely in disgust."they were admiring you Wednesday, after all you were the reason Ophelia hall won."Marilyn hand rested by where Wednesday's neck and shoulder met, thumb gently rubbing against the Goth's jaw line.

Wednesday stared at her, starring at the hand then back up at her eyes, that are staring back at hers.

The goth gulped quietly before clearing her throat."thx."was all Wednesday replied, which really all she could master to reply to the red headed woman before her.

"Okie dokie, shall we go?"Marilyn smiled at her, so kindly, so innocently.

It made Wednesday feel something, something she never felt before and she felt her barely beating heart, beat at least more than they normally do.

Wednesday doesn't trusted herself to speak and just nob her head and Marilyn gladly guided them away from where Wednesday was just hiding.

Why does Wednesday had a feeling she wanna run away from this woman? Why is her senses telling her to not get too close?

Marilyn is just being a teacher caring for her student, probably a bit differently from how she treated others but their still just a teacher and student, right? Wednesday feeling towards her teacher is nothing more than appreciation, nothing more, right?

She doesn't harboring any feelings other than appreciation.

Gosh, Wednesday needs a distraction from this thoughts she is having, an outlet, probably write? Play her Cello? Either is good as long as it gets her away from those unwanted thoughts and confusing feelings she is now having because of teacher.

A/N:I. . . This is for the story content, and like I told from the description Wednesday is tad bit out of character from her canon self, anyways hope you guys enjoyed.

Also a warning, I might put (probably not) a Bianca x Wednesday here.
