This is just a short little Oneshot, I was bored and it's very... Cliche I guess but whatever, let me know if you like it :)

"Ice? Where's the ice?" Harry called out in a panic, his emerald green eyes searching the room frantically. They were setting up the big school dance that was happening tonight and Harry was in full panic mode, worried they wouldn't get everything done in time. Liam loved his curly haired friend, he did, but sometimes he could be a perfectionist and not in a good way. He got a little bossy, he got a little pushy and he got a little crazy. "We can't have drinks without ice, people!" Harry called again to anyone who was listening, which not a lot of people actually were. They were all busy with their own tasks, whether that be finishing with the decorating or playing with the lights, there weren't many available people.

"Liam!" Harry called out, spotting that Liam was really just standing there, doing absolutely nothing. He wasn't doing anything because he didn't want to be here. He was only here because Harry had asked him, no begged him to help out. Liam didn't even see why he was needed, they had plenty of people to do the simple things and it's not like Liam knew anything about setting up speakers or lights. Liam has literally set up maybe five chairs and a table and has basically been standing here for two hours. "Go get the ice from the freezer downstairs." Harry demanded, not giving Liam an option to argue as he turned away, his stupid clipboard that served absolutely no purpose except to make him look important, he told Liam this himself, in hand and started politely barking orders at the next unfortunate soul to cross his path. Liam would have felt sorry for the girl if he wasn't stuck on ice duty.

"Niall? Where's the key to the freezer?" Liam asked begrudgingly, stopping his Irish friend as he passed. The blonde lad turned to him, arms full of different snacks for the food table that he no doubt has already dipped into, and thought for a moment.

"Uh, I think Tommo took the key ring down with him to get another table." Niall explained briefly before shuffling away. Liam cursed under his breath because of course Louis had it when he needed it. Of all people working on this stupid dance, Louis had to have what he needed. That's just perfect. Liam looked around the gymnasium, seeing all the people shuffling about, trying to get the place ready in time for the dance that was a couple hours away. The sad part about Liam being roped into this stupid dance crew is that Liam didn't even plan on going to the stupid thing.

"Zayn!" Liam called out, spotting his friend over by the DJ booth. Zayn glanced over his shoulder as Liam jogged his way across the floor over toward his friend. "Zayn, Haz wants you to go downstairs and get some ice." Liam explained, not feeling too bad about lying to his friend. This was an emergency.

"No," Zayn snorted, bending over to play with some wires in the back of the speaker. "I believe he told you to go get ice." Zayn replied, catching Liam in his lie but not seeming to care at all.

"Come on, mate, please?" Liam begged, willing to get on his knees and everything.

"I'm busy, Li." Zayn said. "Just go get the fucking ice."

"Louis has the key." Liam said, knowing he didn't need to say any more than that. Zayn snorted again.

"So?" He asked. "You two are practically adults. I'm sure you can handle asking him for the key." Zayn assured.

"Zayn." Liam whined, jutting out his bottom lip in order to persuade the caramel skinned lad and contradicting Zayn's adult comment.

"No, this is ridiculous. It's been years. Build a bridge and get over it." Zayn said, turning his back to Liam. "And don't forget to prop open the door." Zayn added before bending down to play with more wires, apparently done with this conversation. Liam huffed and spun around. Marching his way to the hallway door, fully aware of how much he resembled a child throwing a temper tantrum.
