The classes of History and Science were left out today. We are supposed to be gathering in the gym at 9:00. There is a gathering held to get information about the different courses, extra classes and work shows that you can join in on for the next semester.

"We would like to welcome you all back to Hemmingway Boarding School." Mr. Rutherford greets us all, as he looks around the gym and stares at us through his glasses. "We are looking forward to a fresh start and hope that we can let the previous incident behind us." He says as he leans against the stand in front of him which probably holds his speech since he is looking down every few minutes.
"To start of with. As some classes know already. Lewis Pille, one of the people who teaches at the university and trains the students will be attending our school. and will be joining us during the PE classes, this week, to find new students to enter the new curriculum. For any further questions, you can get in contact with Mrs. Smith."

"The fashion designing course have got a lot of applications so that is good sign." He says but quickly goes on with the other courses: some on technology, music (obviously Chester and Ethan are interested in that one), reading and drama. All of the teachers, that are responsible for the courses give us a little recap on how last semesters went with pictures and give us some new ones to sign up for.
After signing up, I made my way out of the gym and waited for Chester and the others since it was getting a little crowded there where I was standing earlier.

After the gathering there was the first break. I eat an orange and a muesli bar before drinking from my water bottle. We are talking about some courses before the classes continue.

The geography class was pretty interesting. We watched a movie about mountains and hills. We could not finish it since the bell rang half way through the movie, announcing the next class. We grab our things and I put them in my bag.

"Welcome back." Mr. Carter greets us as we take our seats in the theater room.. "Today we are going to be improvising. He looks at out reactions before continuing. "Not just improvising. Every first word you speak will be beginning with the next letter of the alphabet." He points to Valerie to demonstrate what he want us to do. "Are you going to have lunch after this class?" He asks her. You can clearly see her thinking. "Better will have lunch because I am very hungry." Valerie answers him. "Can you tell me what you are eating?" He answers her. "Drumsticks is what I am eating." The class laughs because we all know that is one of her favorite things to eat but we know that that is clearly not in her lunch box. "Exactly what I am eating tonight." Mr. Carter tells her. "Fancy a dinner together?" Our mouths drop to the floor at her quick reaction. Valerie is looking pretty serious as Mr. Carter laughs along with us. "Good idea, Valerie." Although he is playing a part, Valerie her cheeks become red as a tomato. "How about eight?" Valerie smiles at him with a smirk. "I would love to see you then." They smile at us. Valerie looks like she can faint at any minute. Mr. Carter smiles at her and thanks her for showing the class.

"Okay. You got the idea. Next pair." Mr. Carter smiles as he points at the next pair to come on stage. After looking at the examples we get the chance to do the assignment in pairs.

We walk into the lounge and take our seats. "It is a pity that there aren't actual drumsticks in here." Valerie mutters as she gets out her sandwich with peanut butter. We smile at her before eating our own food. "The class was pretty fun." Heather says. "Yes." Valerie smiles at her short time with Mr. Carter. "It was a lot of fun. Valerie agrees as she dreamily looks in front of her. "You're day clearly is not boring." Mason says as he looks in front of him. "Not at all." She reacts with a big smile. "You do know that it was just an assignment and a scene for the drama class right." Elijah tries to ask her being careful. "I do know that. But we can all dream." Valerie tells him as he gives him a smile before walking out of the room before the bell rings again. We grab our things as I quickly finish my sandwich.
