Down at the planet, Victor was finally able to send his people back to the Resolute. He walked into a tent and spoke to a man at the computer.
"Prep the last wave for launch. I think it's finally time to strike this tent."
"I have an incoming Jupiter." The tech guys said.
"Doesn't make sense. Who is it?"
"The signature's the Jupiter 2. The Robinson ship."
Victor picked up his radio. "Jupiter 2, copy?" No reply. "Jupiter 2, please come in." Again with no response. Victor narrowed his eyes at the small Jupiter on the screen. "What the hell are you doing?"
Back in the Jupiter, they were hovering over the ring with the ship's flashlights on. Will unbuckled his seatbelt and walked towards the giant window, holding his tablet out.
"We should be close, any sign of it?" Ben asked him.
Will looked down at his tracking pad to see if any of the symbols matched with Scarecrow's. "No. Not yet."
"So, presumably, what? We find 'X marks the spot', place Scarecrow there, retreat to an appropriately safe distance and watch the lightning heal him?"
"Presumably." Will muttered. "The robot didn't give us very detailed instructions." He looked down once more to see a symbol that matched the marking. "There it is."
Ben flew the Jupiter closer and landed. They took off their helmets and ran down to the garage. Unstrapping Scarecrow for when he was flying in zero gravity.
"It's okay. You're home." Will comforted the dying robot. "At least, I think this is your home."
"This is some very strange hospital." Ben joked.
"You'll get use to it." (y/n) sarcastically grinned at the man.
Ben rolled his eyes and grabbed some rollers. "How's he doing?"
Will looked down to his face. "He's down to two lights." The boy went over to the garage pad and opened it while Ben and (y/n) comforted the robot.
"We're gonna make things right by you." The man said. The robot lifted his head to look up at the man when a thundering sound started.
"What's that?" Ben asked them.
Will looked at his radio. "No. No, it can't be happening yet."
The three ran to the control room and looked through the window, seeing the lightning hitting against the metal ring that they were on.
"It appears to be our lightning storm. That's inconvenient." Ben frowned, his face illuminating every time the lightning hit.
"I guess you were right. Life never goes according to plain." (y/n) mumbled to the man, rubbing her forehead in frustration.
