"And there you have it." Millie smiled before looking at wyatt. "Do I need to go over it again?" She tilted her head at him, he looked down at her and smiled. "I think I got it this time, thanks mills." She nodded with a smile. "We can work on our project if you want, and then-" millie cut herself off as there was a knock at wyatts bedroom door. "Just one second sweetheart." Wyatt smiled at her before standing up. "Yes?" He opened the door to see Peyton. "What do you need momma?" Peyton smiled up at him. "I made cookies for you and millie." She gave a small wave towards millie. Millie waved back with a smile. "And that game you've been waiting for finally arrived, so I thought I bring it to you." Wyatt took both the cookies and the game from her. "Thanks momma, I appreciate you bringing these." Peyton nodded. "I'll leave you two to it." Wyatt gave a slight nod before she walked off, he closed the door as she did. "..what game did you get?" Millie spoke softly as she set down her pencil. "Oh I got some racing game, me and Jeremy practically finished the other ones we have." He softly chuckled before seeing her eyes shine with interest. "..you wanna play?" He slightly waved the game in front of her. She lightly blushed from embarrassment. "..we should really finish up first..." her eyes wonder off to the worksheets they had. "Oh cmon sweetheart." He gave her a sly grin. "Just one race, then we can go back to work." She looked back at him and stared for a moment, before giving him a smile. "..one race won't hurt." She giggled as he fist pumped in excitement. "I'll get us set up, give me just one moment. " she nodded as she watched him set the game up.
She was sitting on his bed while he sat in the floor. "You're really going for amy?" He teased. "Hey she's my favorite, don't judge me." Millie softly chuckled before he chose shadow. "How original emo." She teased. "Shadow is my number one sweetheart, he never fails me." He smirked up at her.
"We'll see about that." She smiled before starting the race."How?? You were in last place!" Wyatt looked up at her as Millie giggled. "I've played racing games since I was six, Don't be that surprised wyatt." She teased. "I want a rematch." She chuckled. "Alright, you're on." She smiled before starting another round.
"finally!" He slightly glared at the screen. "You're good at this." Millie giggled before Peyton knocked on the door. "Wyatt, Millie, dinner is ready." Peyton spoke through the door. "Dinner-" millie quickly checked the time. "Oh God I need to go-" millie stood up and walked over to his desk. "God I'm gonna be in so much trouble, and we haven't even gotten started on our project-" she started to ramble before wyatt spoke. "Hey." He placed his hand on her shoulder. "How about you stay over and we can work on it in the morning? It's Sunday anyways." She widened her eyes at him. "B-but my parents-" "I'm sure they would understand mills..besides." he smiled down at her. "You can have my bed, and ill just take the couch or Jeremy's bed, he might be staying at Emma's anyways." Millie blushed before looking down at the floor. "..I don't mind sharing a bed with you." She mumbled, hearing that made wyatt lightly blush, but smile at her softly. "Alright, but for now." He offered his hand. "Let's go get dinner sweetheart." She smiled before taking his hand and walking out together.
