She sighed and said "you know, to everyone else on the outside that are looking in it seemed like I just hopped from one relationship to the next, without "taking some time out for myself".
She took a second before starting again. "But what those same people on the fucking outside didn't realize was...I was already by myself. Even while I was with him. Long before I got the courage to leave him, for somebody else. And that somebody else is a good man and a good one that I deserve. I'm allowed to have this without anyone else's opinion".
