It took two months for them to find the Gilberts father's body. Zaylee heard about her friend coming to see them and meet the boy who stolen Zaylee's heart. "All this time, his family had your father's body to make sure he really was dead."
"They didn't like the sentence he got, but they weren't there. They didn't see the monster I saw." She says as Dallas and Bella sat with them. "All I want is to go on with this life and not think of that monster."
"And you will." Edward says holding her hand. "You have me."
Zaylee smiled as she knew he was right. "Yeah. I have my future husband."
The sound of a knock had them look. "Zaylee! I know you're home."
"Great. The annoying sister is here."
"Hey! Leave Rosie alone. You claimed her as a sister anyway."
"Shut up." He says looking at Bella. "Get ready to meet one of my closest friend. She's not wild, but she's crazy."
Edward shook his head as they walked to the door. He leaned against the wall watching his fiancée reunite with her best friend. "So, you are the fiancé I heard about."
"I'm Edward."
"Rosie." She says looking at the girl Dallas held close. "You must be Bella." She nodded. "Thank god. You broke Dallas's stubborn ass."
"Let's go, Bella."
"Bye."
They watched them leave causing Rosie to look at the couple. "What is there to do around here?"
