Chapter 12: Sorta Wana Be With Me

*May 2014*

Tonight was the first show in Ireland. I had arrived at the venue about 4 hours ago after being in Ireland for less than 10. Niall was spending the day with his family today before the show and I was hanging out with Louis. We had become really great friends and we pretty much told each other everything.

"So are you nervous?" Louis asked me
"Yeah, majorly! Although, I think I'm more nervous about being around Luke" I said and he sighed
"You guys are friends. You can talk it through" he said and I sighed
"I just can't believe what he said about me. I mean, maybe he just said it because he was upset or angry, but it hurt" I said

"And I guess him saying he's fallen for you stunned you a bit"
"Yeah, it did. But again, he may have only said it to get his mum off of his back. I don't know and frankly I don't care. I don't like him like that" I said and Louis nodded
"Well love, you've got to do something. They're literally down the hall and will come in here any minute" he said and I nodded

"Maybe I'll just act like nothing happened?" I suggested
"That will only work for so long love" he said and I sighed
"Why can't life be simple" I complained and he laughed slightly.
"Because if it was simple, people would take it even more for granted than they already do" he told me and I sighed, knowing he was right

"5SOS IN THE HOUSE! LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED BITCHES!" Calum yelled as the four of them walked in. Niall appeared from the cafeteria and I couldn't help but laugh.
"WAZZZZZUP!" Niall called and they hugged it out

I stood up and Ashton hugged me
"Good to see you bro" he said
"You too mate" I told him and laughed at the fact he called me bro. Weirdo
"Wazzup homie G?" Calum asked hugging me
"Not much C Dizzle" I said and we both laughed as I pulled away
"We miss you!" Mikey said and I giggled, locking eyes with Luke
"I missed you too" I said and looked away.

I then walked up to Luke and hugged him. Like nothing happened, remember?
"Good to see you" I said
"You too. You look great" he said and I nodded, letting him go.
"I've gotta go do sound check but I'll be back soon, ok?" I asked and they nodded
"Catch you later!" The boys said and Louis followed me out, as we'd be performing our song tonight and I was pretty excited.

We walked out and grabbed the microphones we were handed. Louis was using the same one he'd be using on stage. The order was 5SOS, then me, then 1D. I was really nervous seeing as it started in 4 hours and it was becoming more real. I looked out and my band and dancers came onto the stage and I smiled at them all.

Louis sat in the audience while we did sound check and waited till it was time for our song. I was performing 3 of my songs and a cover. I only had half an hour and with a little but of talking, those 4 songs took that time up. I spun around during one of my songs and spotted Luke watching backstage. I looked away straight away and continued what I was doing

Luke's POV:

She acted like nothing was wrong and now it was like I was nothing to her. I continued to watch and then Louis got up with her. I felt my heart drop. I should be the one performing out there with her, not him. Our song Was more touching than theirs. But I watched on as they sang, looking at each other as if it was about their relationship and I couldn't help but feel hurt by that. Sure, I've known her for what? 5 months? And already felt this way about her? Shoot me, I can't help the way I feel.

I looked at them once more and saw them having like a "romantic moment" as they finished the song. You know the ones like in the movies where they stare into each other's eyes and it's like time stops? Usually they kiss but instead both of them laughed it off. I rolled my eyes and walked backstage

"Woah, what's up with you man?" Niall asked
"Don't worry man" I said and headed to our dressing room. I walked in and saw Michael and Calum dancing around the room. Ashton looked at me and saw that I was a little dull and narrowed his eyes. I waved him off and headed to take a shower
