I was facing my window and I stared over it for quite some time as I try to relax my stressed mind. The sky was crying and I watched how the rain was falling through my windowpane. Beheld, the clouds were so dark. The whole town were ablaze by its own lights and it was a beautiful city underneath the gloomy sky.
I saw this blind-siding scenery of skyscrapers, buildings and edifice that have great structures. It was only this time that I appreciate this beauty. The railroad was illuminated by the streaks made by the car lights which passed it by.
I was in awe.
I directed my eyes at my study table, and my iPod just started playing on some oldies but goodies songs that I liked from the 80's. The classic sound surrounded my pastel pink room and it was actually a good jam for a rainy night. The music was ethereal, I felt like I was floating in dreams so I closed my eyes for a while because I was enjoying the moment. Every word was being felt by my body and the music was taking me to another world.
I heard the rain, it was singing a wonderful melody which matched my Monday playlist. It was so good.
I opened my eyes as I come back to reality and I took a seat on my reclining chair. I powered my laptop on and I opened my account on Fiction Pad. Fiction Pad is a writing site wherein you can post your fan fiction stories. I was typing some updates to my novel when I suddenly felt the constant pounding inside my head. And I forgot, I wasn't feeling well. My nose was red as an apple and I can feel my body was burning up again. My body was in fatigue and my muscles were still a bit sore, I didn't want getting sick. It's the worst thing for me.
I get up on my seat and walked over to my bed side table to pick up my phone. I was thinking of calling Yi Jeong, so I browsed through my contacts and speaking of the devil, a caller screen pop up. Is this telepathy? I thought. I remembered that in my Psychology class. It's that thing that can happen with you and someone close to you. Whatever. I sat down on my bed and crossed my legs. I made my self comfortable before I answered the call.
"Hey," That is how he say hello.
"Sup?" I said.
"How are you? I'm sorry if it's a little loud right here. I'm just checking out on you." It was not a little loud, It was loud. I thought as Yi Jeong said it on the other line.
"I'm okay. Where are you?" I questioned.
"I'm sorry, WHAT?" I heard his voice louder this time.
"I said, WHERE. ARE. YOU?" I literally screamed it out loud. My head hurts again. Gah.
"OH, I'M AT THE- "
I waited and then...
*beep*
The call had just ended.
He must be on his usual night clubs drinking and flirting with girls. I caught myself frowning. Why? So, who I am going to call for my missed lessons? I sighed.
