I don't know what came into my mind to near my face on Ga Eul's and to almost-kissed her. What did I just do? What's more awkward than this moment where her mom's face was in... indescribable. And to my thought that she's maybe thinking of dirty things about us doing something errr.. you know, green.

Awkward.

I stood up as soon as I came back to reality that this is not what I ought to think of Ga Eul's mom about me. I'm not that. Ga Eul stood up too and walked beside me. She's like a tomato because her cheeks were burning red. Kyeopta!

"Hi Mrs. Chu! Good morning!" I said with a trembling smile, to at least break the awkward atmosphere.

I'm afraid that I may not be allowed to be here anymore.

My mind isn't cooperating with me and it flashed me on top of Ga Eul again and ugh! What the hell? What was that? I nearly kissed my childhood friend! In addition to that, my heart beats fast. I'm afraid that Ga Eul felt it too. We're too close. Ga Eul should not know about that. No way.

I walked towards Mrs. Chu and I brushed my cheek to hers together with my mind brushing off that nasty thoughts. Good, good.

"Yi Jeong, I didn't know that you were here?" Mrs. Chu asked while raising her right brow.

"I don't want to bother you last night eomonni so I directly told Ga Eul that I was going to sleep over. Sorry!" I explained. Phew.

"Oh, alright." She said and continued, "It's been awhile since you've been here so you two, follow me downstairs and let's eat breakfast." Mrs. Chu finally smiled. What a relief.

"Yes, eomonni." I smiled and I turned my head to Ga Eul, she bowed her head down and said "Yes, eomma." then Mrs. Chu walked away with her head maid servant.

I heard eomonni once more, she shouted, "Don't do anything again over there, you two! Don't make me wait too long!" while descending the stairs. I shook my head and I caught myself smiling. I miss everything here. It's been awhile, really.

I faced Ga Eul and I told her that I was sorry for what had just happened earlier. "Ga Eul, I didn't mean to do that. I'm sorry." I said.

"And about last night, I-" I was about to explain why I'm here but she cuts me off.

"No," she said while she waved her hand. "Let's just pretend that that didn't happen and about last night, I'll hear what you have to say later."

"But-," I tried to argue and then "Later, Yi Jeong." She firmly said my name and that's a sign that I need to shut my mouth and let her be for awhile. "You said you were hungry right? Let's eat!" She head towards her door and my eyes followed her. I stayed there for about a second and I glance once again to her, her back was now facing me. She suddenly turned her head around and smiled, I melt. She sweetly said, "Come on!"

We descended the stairs but I'm a foot back. I let her lead the way while I was secretly staring to her. Her dark brown wavy hair really matched her skin tone, her dirty white sweater still looks good on her even if its big and a bit loose and the supposed to be a men's boxers she's wearing makes me want to back hug her. Just, perfect. I stayed at her back while we walk through their halls until we reached the dining area.
