𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐈𝐗𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐍: 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍

Disaster told me to help evacuate citizens, but I couldn't ignore the gut feeling telling me to go check up on Izuku. I ran to his location, it was distant from the rest of the commotion going on in Hosu. I didn't know the situation, so I used a fire escape on the other side of the building to get to the roof. I peered down to see three people.

Iida and a pro hero were injured, and the pro hero looked worse, Iida just couldn't move, was it Stain's quirk? Izuku was dodging all of Stain's attacks with the objective to land a solid hit on him. When Izuku kept his distance Stain licked his sword then Izuku became paralyzed but not as paralyzed as Iida. Stain said a few words before moving to Iida in an attempt to kill him. Disaster had been teaching me to be smart, I couldn't go down there now, Stain's attention would just turn to me. I had to call a pro first.

I sent my location to Disaster and shortly after the alley was filled with flames. I looked over to see Todoroki, now I could step in. I jumped down from the alley and checked on the native hero. He had a giant wound in his left arm and was paralyzed as well, he struggled to stay awake. "Ito get out of here!" Iida yelled from his position but I continued to wrap up the native hero while Stain was focused on Todoroki. "He's bleeding out can't you see that?"

"You won't be killing any more heroes, Hero Killer," Todoroki spoke to the hero killer with his flames ready to use at any moment. I stepped away from the hero and walked next to Todoroki. "That guy's quirk had something to do with paralyzing people when he consumes their blood," Izuku warned us before we did anything else.

"I saw from the rooftop, it has something to do with blood type or the amount he consumed. I was smarter to try and understand him before just rushing down here. He's fast and psychotic..." I explained to Todoroki and the hero killer chuckled. When I stood in the light the Hero Killer's eyes widened a bit. "Wait you're the one Shigaraki didn't want me to kill," Todoroki looked over at me when he said that. "I guess I see why."

That name didn't sound familiar to me, but again he could just be a lunatic who saw me at the sports festival. "At least you guys are more educated than your classmate over here." The Hero Killer referred to Iida with his words. "Runs head first into battle he knows he won't win, just like his brother."

Stain threw a knife which cut Todoroki's face and lunged up from his spot. When he got close, I caused the ground to flare up under his which changed his trajectory. I looked up at the sword that was in the air above my head, he made a plan to get both of us at once. Stain pulled Todoroki in an attempt to lick the blood from his face. I used the debris from the ground to direct the sword back to Stain. Todoroki used his flames to create some distance between them.

Stain was hellbent on killing Iida, and Todoroki and I did our best to block him from that. I was focused on defending Iida, but all I could do was ask myself what happened in the first place. "Iida, why is he after you?" I asked as I used energy from Todoroki's fire towards Stain. Iida stuttered to stall his response

"I came here to get revenge, because of what he did to my brother." He choked out his words. "This is my fight you both shouldn't be fighting for me." From the moment I saw him smile at the lockers I knew something was wrong, what he said after was more concerning, everything was going to be fine.

"I inherited the name Ingenium. The hero killer is mine!" After his words, I became more concerned for Iida, but I kept defending him. "Your Ingenium now? Strange." Todoroki made a block of ice sending Stain back. "The Ingenium I knew never had that look on his face. You've got a dark side- guess my family's not the only one."
