we all whooped and cheered, while throwing our hats in the air. some people used their quirks to get them back, while i jumped up and grabbed mine. then, i threw my arms around my childhood best friend, eijirou kirishima.
"eiji! i can't believe we're heroes now!" i cried.
tears built up in his eyes, "me neither, n/n! you better stay in touch with me."
we pulled away, "you know i will, ei," i smiled.
eiji's moms ran up to hug him, while also congratulating me. i waved at them and walked off to let them enjoy their moment.
i spotted my mom and ran to her, giving her the biggest bear hug.
"y/n!! you're all grown now!" she sobbed.
i cried with her, holding her close.
she pulled back a little and cupped my face.
"you know, your determination always reminded me of your father. you're going to do great things in the future," she smiled, while tears fell down her face.
i returned the smile and went back to hugging her. it was a long hug, i never wanted to let go of her. eventually, we pulled away and talked for a little bit. we talked about my future plans and such, until mina called for me.
"Y/N! COME ON, WE'RE TAKING A BAKUSQUAD PICTURE!!" she exclaimed.
i looked at mom for approval and she nodded, "IM COMING!"
i ran to get in the picture, standing beside eiji and bakugou. mina jumped on denki's back, sero held up a peace sign, eiji put his arm around me and held his fist up, while bakugou put his elbow on top of my head and leaned on it. i held up a peace sign.
