UNEDITED

After the events that had seemingly been happening, quite eventful and funny to say the least. You were walking behind your father. His serious and intimidating expression used as an advantage everywhere he went, despite the loving heart he held, he would never leave his guard down.

Even with the day continuing on, your thoughts going back onto the events that had happened before he woke up here. It was to say that something as serious as this, was just a little game played by Eraz.

"Are you alright n/n?" Your father asks. His voice low and soft, his e/c eyes glancing your way every now and then, concern displayed as he waited for your response.

You nodded, a small smile appearing as you continued to walk next to him. The things you did, minor or large, he would always keep a look out. His mind reoccurring the moments of when 'you' were young. Clumsy and a mighty warrior. Some were to say how much of a queen you would be, despite the morals you had. It didn't matter.

You wanted to know more about the whole thing. What we're you here for? And why? To say you were confused was an understatement, it was too much to take in. Archery? Suitresses? Marriage? What does this have to do with you. If anything, you would have been the best maid and ate whatever was in the kitchen.

"Actually. Dad, I was wondering—"

"Yes?"

"... what's this whole thing... about?" You ask. Your brows furrowing and your forehead with a slight crease. Walking and not taking about the situation at hand was and is a rather dumb thing. So why not ask those around you?

You kept quiet, the only thing heard was the low voices from behind, their conversations were unheard, muffled yet unclear. You waited for him to answer, which didn't take long.

His e/c orbs scanning your confused face. It wasn't everyday you'd ask simple questions that you knew of. Something didn't sit right with him, then again, you did almost faint before you had arrived. So simply answering would have helped jogged your memory up.

"Don't you remember? Your one of the suitresses for the prince, surely you remember some bits?" He asked playfully. However, his way of asking was a rather confused way to say. He needed to reassure himself more than you did. Only because of what could have happened. After all, your mother, his wife, wasn't in good condition before; a couple of years back.

Was to say she was going through hard times. Fainting, getting sick, the tiny things he had picked up was simply out of comfort and pain. He needed to find a way to help you so you wouldn't have to go through the same process she did. A day never to forget.

You looked ahead, continuing to think about where you were. This is one of your concerns you have for Eraz. Therefore, placing him into punishment for his doings. For all you know, the drink could have been poison, and you didn't even get to skull one. Maybe there was an after taste that had affected you in some way?

You needed to make sure you weren't in any suspicion, so you simply did what you would always do.

Lie.
