Rapunzel's POV

I woke up and I saw Jack sitting in a chair asleep he looked peaceful so I carefully got out of bed but a floorboard creaked and he instantly woke.

Jack: morning

Rapunzel: morning how long have you been there?

Jack: not long I came here an hour ago I wanted to come here before Gothel

Rapunzel: I didn't transform the potion worked but I think it was mostly the kiss

Jack: I'm happy for you Punz

Rapunzel: Jack what are we if we've kissed and we have also said that we love each other?

Jack: what do you want us to be?

Rapunzel: a couple

Jack: then we are a couple

Rapunzel: really?

Jack: yeah

Rapunzel: oh Gothel will be here soon

Jack: I will stay here and see how it goes today

Rapunzel: thank you

Gothel: Rapunzel!!

I ran to the window and let down my hair and let Gothel up she smiled when she saw me.

Gothel: how was last night?

Rapunzel: no transformation I think I am actually cured

Gothel: that's great

Rapunzel: so we can both go back to the castle

Gothel: yup go pack your things and we will leave

I ran back upstairs to my bedroom and packed everything up I'm so happy to leave this tower I saw Jack staring at me with a smile.

Jack: I see you're going back to the castle?

Rapunzel: yeah and then I will denounce myself as princess

Jack: *shocked* you're serious about that?

Rapunzel: of course I want to spend the rest of my life with you Jack

Jack: *smiles*

Gothel: *yells* Rapunzel we better get going!

Rapunzel: follow us to the castle

Jack: *nods*

Me and Gothel walked down some stairs and I was finally out of the tower and Gothel smiled.

Rapunzel: the fresh air, the birds chirping is it always like this?

Gothel: yes

Rapunzel: it's amazing

We walked back to the kingdom.

After a few hours

We were standing on a bridge which connected the kingdom and the forest I took a deep breath and followed Gothel over the bridge.

I saw people bowing in front of me I smiled I saw Jack high in the sky and he smiled then he landed in the kingdom before me.

Gothel: your parents can't wait to see you

Rapunzel: I can't wait to see them but I would like some time alone with them

Gothel: of course

We got into the kingdom and I saw Jack trying to act casual as he was taking souvenirs from Corona but he can't be blamed because no one can see him.

Guard: your majesty welcome back

Rapunzel: thank you

Guard: I will lead you to your parents

Rapunzel: oh thank you

I followed the guard and he led me to this room he knocked on.

Queen: come in

The door opened and I walked in.

King: my darling daughter

Queen: so you're cured?

Rapunzel: yes

King: that's amazing news we now have a heir for our kingdom

Rapunzel: actually you don't

Queen: what?

Rapunzel: I've been in that tower for 18 years and I don't want to come out of that tower just to be stuck in this one

Queen: but you won't

King: your husband will look after you

Rapunzel: no I will not have a husband because I'm no longer the princess

Queen: what are you doing Rapunzel?

I looked towards the window and saw Jack standing there he didn't see me but he was looking into the far distance.

Rapunzel: I'm denouncing myself as princess and I'm going to see the world

Queen: is this really what you want?

Rapunzel: it is

King: then we can not deny you of your dreams

Rapunzel: you'll let me go?

King: of course and we understand that you've been in that small tower for 18 years and you want freedom

Queen: so we can't deny that as much as we will miss you, you must live your life and fulfil your dreams *smiles*

Rapunzel: thank you mum and dad

King: but promise us that you will visit

Rapunzel: I promise

I gave my parents a hug and they kissed my forehead and hugged back then when we pulled apart I walked out of the castle to meet Jack.

Jack's POV

I was in the town square walking around it was a beautiful kingdom I then saw blonde running towards me with a smile.

Rapunzel: Jack

Jack: yeah

Rapunzel: they let me denounce myself as princess I'm no longer princess of Corona so I can be with you

Jack: that's great

Rapunzel: but I do have to visit them

Jack: that's easy but if you want to be similar to me I'm sure North has a way for you to live longer

Rapunzel: that's great

Jack: now let's head to the North Pole

Rapunzel hopped onto my back and I flew to the North Pole.
