Chapter 12: The Learning Of The Sphene Mountain Academy

Spyro and Ember were walking on the path until they got to the Kilay Village.
Then Spyro and Ember walked and entered the Kilay and then walked sixteen steps forward.
Then a crimson dragon and a navy dragon walked up to them.
"Welcome back, Princess Ember." The crimson dragon and the navy dragon said.
"You know these guys?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, I know them from the Academy." Ember said.
"What academy?" Spyro asked.
"Well, first, let me introduce you to them. These are my friends. The crimson dragon is a SandClaw/RainClaw Hybrid and his name is Carter. The navy dragon is a SeaClaw/SkyClaw Hybrid and his name is Nigel. And Carter and Nigel, this is Spyro." Ember said.
"Hi, Carter and Nigel!" Spyro said.
"Hi, Spyro! So, you must be Ember's boyfriend." Carter and Nigel said.
"How do you know that?" Spyro asked.
"We sort of eavesdrop on your conversation with Flame. We were trying to ignore it but it was so loud that we couldn't help but eavesdrop but we're not like Nate. We are friends, who keep Ember's secrets to ourselves and hidden in the Academy, but not if King Ronald and Queen Cynder forces us and they did but we bended the truth and told them that Ember went on a vacation, but we told the rest of the classmates that Ember went to the Dragon Realms while we were in the Academy." Carter and Nigel said.
"I see." Spyro said.
"So, what Academy?" Spyro asked.
"They are talking about The Sphene Mountain Academy which is on the mountain up ahead, just across the village from here from the path that leads up to it." Ember said.
"You did a pretty good of defending your girlfriend, Spyro. I really wish that I could tell King Ronald and Queen Cynder that you protected their own daughter and that you are an excellent boyfriend but we cannot because the moment that they realize that their daughter is in a relationship with a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid, they will get extremely angry and do something that no one else will think of." Carter and Nigel said.
"So, why do they call me a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid?" Spyro asked.
"Well, because your red dragon father, Goliath, is a BurnRoarer and your blue dragon mother, Morgan, is a DrownRoarer." Ember said.
"Thank you, Ember, but I meant to ask why they call me by that instead of a Purple Dragon." Spyro said.
"Because it shows that you belong to both clans and both of your clans are different kinds of dragons and that goes for the other clans too." Ember said.
"Then why do the Dragon Elders call me the Purple Dragon?" Spyro asked.
"It's a short name for you and the Dragon Elders knew you were a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid and decided to call you by a short name which is the Purple Dragon." Ember explained.
"Well, is my father or my mother the sibling of Queen Victoria?" Spyro asked.
"No, neither of them are." Ember said.
"But it's forbidden for a Pink IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid and a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid to be in a relationship with each other. And both of your own parents won't be happy to find out that you are in a relationship with each other and will try to keep you apart." Carter and Nigel said.
"So, we're in a Forbidden Love?" Spyro and Ember asked.
"Yes, you two are." Carter and Nigel said.
Then an evergreen dragon walked to Ember.
"Princess Ember, you're back!" The evergreen dragon said.
"Yes, I am." Ember said.
"Is this another one of your friends?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, he is. And let me introduce you to him. That evergreen dragon is a SilkClaw/LeafClaw Hybrid and his name is Eldon and he's royalty too because he's the son of a SilkClaw named Prince Blue and a LeafClaw named Sundew so he's a Prince. And Eldon, this is Spyro." Ember said.
"It's nice to meet you, Prince Eldon." Spyro said.
"You too, Spyro, but please call me Eldon." Eldon said.
"Okay, Eldon." Spyro said.
"So, what are you doing here?" Ember asked.
"I am here to inform Carter and Nigel to go back to the Sphene Mountain Academy and you should go back to the Academy too, Ember." Nigel said.
"Um..." Ember said.
"Why don't you want to? Oh, I know, it's because of your boyfriend, Spyro, correct?" Eldon asked.
"Yes, that's correct." Ember said.
"And how do you know that?" Spyro asked.
"I did the same thing as the other two. Though the teachers might not thrilled with this relationship but we will tell them that you protected Ember from Flame." Eldon said.
"Yes, we will." Carter and Nigel said.
"Okay." Ember said.
"Oh, and Ember, your father and your mother will be arriving at the Sphene Mountain Academy in two days." Eldon said.
"So, what you were arguing about with Flame?" Carter and Nigel asked.
"We were arguing about Ember." Spyro said.
"Why?" Carter and Nigel asked.
"Because Flame is upset that Ember is an IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid and that she has the nerve to be in a relationship with me because Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrids and Pink IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrids shouldn't be together and then he wants to tell on my father and my mother about Ember being an IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid but I won't let him and he retorted that I can't stop him and that I should breakup with her but I refused to and then he tried to harm Ember but I got in front of her and refused to allow Flame to harm her which made Flame got angry and told me that he will tell my parents on me and I replied that he should go ahead and do it and it's not like I care anyway and he told me that he will harm Ember when he gets the chance but I told him that he will never have the chance because I will protect her which Flame retorted that he will fight and harm me and I told him that it's fine with me because I would rather fight harm Flame then let him harm my girlfriend and we told each other that if we meet again, we won't hesitate of harming each other." Spyro explained.
"We see. It's just like we thought. And of course, we knew that, but we have to make sure so we can tell our teachers the truth." Carter and Nigel said.
"I see." Spyro said.
"So, is Flame your friend, Spyro? It's pretty normal for friends to have arguments sometimes so is Flame your friend, Spyro?" Eldon asked.
"He was my friend but not anymore." Spyro said.
"After their argument, Flame and Spyro told each other that they hate each other now." Ember said.
"So, let me guess, Flame hates Spyro for protecting you, Ember, and Spyro hates Flame for not being fair to you. Is that correct?" Eldon asked.
"Yes, that's correct." Ember said.
"I see." Eldon said.
"Ember, do you want to go out on a date with me?" Spyro asked.
"I do want to go out on a date with you, Spyro!" Ember said.
"Well, if you want to then go ahead, Ember. We're not gonna stop you and the citizens here are not going to stop you either and I'm going to inform our faculty that you are arriving today but later than usual." Eldon said.
"Got it." Ember said.
Then Carter, Nigel, and Eldon left the area and went back to the Sphene Mountain Academy.
Then Spyro and Ember went to the Balis Cafe and entered it.
Then four hours later, Spyro and Ember left the Balis Cafe.
"Spyro, we should go to the Sphene Mountain Academy! I can't be late!" Ember said.
"You're right! Otherwise, you can get in trouble! So, let's go!" Spyro said.
Then Spyro and Ember turned and ran across the village and then started running up the path to the Sphene Mountain Academy.
