Chapter 16: The Family Reunion

Then the next morning at 5:00 AM, Spyro and Ember woke up and stopped cuddling and nuzzling each other.
Then Spyro and Ember exited the Special Dorm.
"Come on to the Prey Center." Eldon said.
Then Spyro, Ember, and Eldon walked to the Prey Center and entered it.
"Can you tell us why you're here?" Eldon asked.
"I was asked to do a request from the Dragon Elder named Tamus to deliver this paper to King Ronald and Queen Cynder and this paper is the Peace Of Treaty and I accepted to go here but Tamus told me that I wouldn't be able to go alone so I needed someone to go with me so I asked Ember if she would help me and she answered that she would and Tamus was right about King Ronald and Queen Cynder hating BurnRoarers and DrownRoarers and BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrids, especially if the BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrids are Purple. I thought it would be easy until I saw King Ronald and Queen Cynder myself and the fact that they killed Bandit and Brigand just for befriending me and the Dragons in the Dragon Realms and didn't even let them talk and I was scared of being caught of them after witnessing them kill Bandit and Brigand." Spyro said.
"Oh, King Ronald and Queen Cynder are much scarier than what you just saw." Eldon said.
"Can you give me the Peace Of Treaty?" Eldon asked.
"Sure." Spyro said.
Then Spyro gave Eldon the Peace Of Treaty.
Then Eldon read the Peace Of Treaty.
"Spyro, I have to inform that even if this Peace Of Treaty goes to King Ronald and Queen Cynder, it will stop making the Dragons of the Dragon Realms their enemies because King Ronald and Queen Cynder will forgive them but not the Dragons of the Nomadic Realms." Eldon said.
"Why not for the Dragons in my home realm?" Spyro asked.
"Because Goliath and Morgan also need to sign this treaty as well as King Ronald and Queen Cynder." Eldon said.
"I see." Spyro said.
"But don't worry, we can call him now, Spyro." Current and Sunny said.
"Activate the Screen Caller." Current and Sunny said.
Then the screen turned on and saw Tamus on the screen with the other Dragon Elders.
"Spyro, there you are and why are you at the Sphene Academy Mountain Academy and why is Ember there too?" Tamus asked.
"Because we needed some help and we ran into some problems along the way." Spyro said.
"Tamus and everyone, I have to tell you all two things." Ember said.
"Can you tell us the first thing?" Tamus asked.
"I'm an IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid." Ember said.
Tamus and the other Dragon Elders were shocked.
"I see. And what is the other thing?" Tamus asked.
"King Ronald is my father and Queen Cynder is my mother and I'm their biological daughter that was born in May 26, 1988, called the Day Of Love." Ember said.
Tamus and the other Dragon Elders were shocked again.
"I see." Tamus said.
"I'm sorry for keeping this a secret but please don't kick me out of the Dragon Realms!" Ember said.
"Why would we kick you out of the Dragon Realms just for being King Ronald's and Queen Cynder's daughter?" Tamus asked.
"Because they see you as traitors." Ember said.
"That's ridiculous! We would never do such a thing. Though it would have been better if you had told it to us earlier." Tamus said.
"Tamus, I have a question. If the Peace Of Treaty is supposed to work, then shouldn't both sides of the feud sign it?" Eldon asked.
"Yes, they should. After King Ronald and Queen Cynder sign it, I intended for Spyro to go back to go his home realm and Ember with him." Tamus said.
"Ember going there is not a good idea." Eldon said.
"Why not?" Tamus asked.
"Because she's a Pink IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid, who is the daughter of King Ronald and Queen Cynder." Eldon said.
"Why? Because she will get kicked out of the Realm? Who would do such a thing?" Tamus asked.
"Well, Goliath and Morgan will kick me out of the Nomadic Realms!" Ember said.
"How can they ever know?" Tamus asked.
"They already know this." Spyro said.
"How?" Tamus asked.
"Flame told them." Spyro said.
"What? But I thought Flame was your friend!" Tamus said.
"He was but not anymore since we had an argument about Ember and he's also a BurnRoarer, who is really loyal to my parents, and seeks to please his leaders, and my mother is the first-in-command of the two clans and my father must follow my mother's orders." Spyro said.
"Can you tell me what Flame said?" Spyro asked.
Spyro explained everything to Tamus and the other Dragon Elders about what Flame said.
"So, Flame tried to get you to breakup with Ember and you refused to and you prevented him from harming Ember which caused him to set his sights on you and he is going to fight you if he sees you again?" Tamus asked.
"Yes, that's right." Spyro said.
"Can you tell me what happened? I thought you two had different crushes, so how did you two get together?" Tamus said.
Then Spyro and Ember explained everything to Tamus and the other Dragon Elders what happened during their adventure in the Polynomial Realms.
"I see. So, your original crushes were killed by King Ronald and Queen Cynder because they betrayed them by befriending Spyro and us and that cause you two to develop feelings for each other and you began a relationship in the forest and then Nate tried to get two to breakup in the woods, but you didn't, which caused more occurrences and allowed Flame to find out that Spyro and Ember are in a relationship that is forbidden on both sides." Tamus said.
"We can show you the video." Carter and Nigel said.
Then Carter and Nigel showed the video about what happened in the Polynomial Realms.
Then the other Dragon Elders turned around.
"I see. That's a terrible thing. I can't believe that Flame will do that." Tamus said.
"Tamus, Flame is on the news." Red said.
Then Tamus turned around.
"Attention all dragons, Spyro is a suspect on betraying his both clans and we will find him and kill Ember when we find her wherever she is in the Dragon Realms or in my home realm and if Spyro refuses to not join us and fight with us, then he will be killed as well. Well, not that I have a problem with killing that traitor myself." Flame said.
"Flame, what is the matter with you?" Tamus asked.
"All those who are in Spyro's side will be harmed as well." Flame said.
"What has gotten into you?" Tamus asked.
"Nothing. I just want to impress my leaders and the day has finally come. And I can really impress them by killing the traitor myself. Though we are ordered not to kill him and just harm him, though Goliath and Morgan never wanted to harm him themselves or wanted us to harm him but Spyro was the one who asked for it. Farewell." Flame said.
Then the television turned off.
"Ah! The plan is ruin!" Tamus said.
"We could ask the dragon named Genesis to help us?" Red suggested.
"That's a great idea, Red!" Tamus said.
Then Tamus turned back around.
"The plan isn't ruined yet. We will look over the land for the dragon named Genesis. In the meantime, you and Ember stay in the academy and listen to Ember's teachers and friends. But who told Flame that Ember is a Pink IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid?" Tamus asked.
"Nate did as he warned me two times that I shouldn't think of starting a relationship with Ember and during the second time, he tried to get me to break up with her but I didn't and then he tried to convince Ember to breakup with me but she refused to do it because I told her that she doesn't have to listen to him." Spyro said.
"I see. Just be careful on who you meet, Spyro, because you will never know when they will be allies or not." Tamus said.
"I will." Spyro said.
"Farewell." Tamus said.
Then the Screen Caller turned off
"Wait, did you two run into Nate earlier?" Eldon asked.
"Yes, we did." Spyro and Ember said.
"You two are fools! You should have waited until a platinum dragon named Zane entered the village on the beach." Flock said.
"And did you talk to him?" Eldon asked.
"Yes, we did." Spyro said.
"You two really are fools! And Ember, you should have called us that you had arrived back. And Spyro, you have stayed in the boat station until Nate left." Syrup said.
"I think I know why Ember was afraid to call us because King Ronald and Queen Cynder have an extremely good sense of hearing that they learned from Ronald's parents themselves." Eldon said.
"Why?" Flock and Syrup said.
"They wanted to make sure that their granddaughter can't escape her parents." Eldon said.
"Then how did Ember managed to escape?" Flock and Syrup asked.
"Someone came to this Realm to distract them while two of his relatives lead Ember to go to the port that went to the Dragon Realms." Eldon said.
"Who?" Flock and Syrup asked.
"I don't know and I don't want to find out because if it turns out to be someone from the Pridelands, then the war will take place there which will corrupt all the animals there and the War Of Destruction And Chaos will start again." Eldon said.
"Eldon is right. We can't allow the Pridelands to be involved in this feud." Carter and Nigel said.
"Why did Flock and Syrup said that we are fools?" Spyro and Ember asked.
"Because it was wrong to ran into Nate and talk to him." Eldon said.
"Why?" Spyro and Ember asked.
"Because even though he trusts Spyro, Nate is really loyal to King Ronald and Queen Cynder but he wants to give Spyro a chance which is why he gave Spyro those two warnings about not starting a relationship with Ember and he also knew the fact that Ember was hiding something from you and that fact was that she's an IceClaw/NightClaw Hybrid, who is King Ronald's and Queen Cynder's daughter." Eldon said.
"We see." Spyro and Ember said.
Then Eldon walked to a secret drawer and opened it and put the Peace Of Treaty inside and then closed the cubby.
"This is my secret cubby. It's where I keep my things that I like to keep in secret. And besides, Ember can't hide it in her secret cubby because her parents insisted that they should be allow to look in her secret cubby to make that she's not hiding anything. My parents are overprotective of me but they know that doing to me what King Ronald and Queen Cynder are doing to Ember is wrong beyond the boundaries." Eldon said.
"Did King Ronald and Queen Cynder did anything else?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, they tried to get Ember's cousin, Scoria, and me in an arranged marriage so they can look in my secret cubby but my parents told them off that they will not allow it and that they have no business of doing stuff to get their way and because they didn't want to lose their friends' trust, they canceled the arranged marriage." Eldon said.
"So, why were you supposed to be in arranged marriage with Scoria?" Spyro asked.
"Because my parents had agree to the arranged marriage." Eldon said.
"Why did your parents agree to the arranged marriage?" Spyro asked.
"Because they didn't think that I would find my own love so they wanted to help me so they decided to agree to King Ronald's and Queen Cynder's offer to make me get married to Scoria when we were old enough to get married but while we were eighteen years old, King Ronald and Queen Cynder revealed their intentions of the arranged marriage which caused my parents to change their minds and wanted the arranged marriage to be canceled and it was canceled on March 19, 2006, the day before the arranged marriage was to start." Eldon said.
"It seems like that they would do anything to protect Ember from harm, even if it means trying to check their daughters' friends' secret cubbies for anything related that will harm Ember, but that's going too far." Spyro said.
"I know, right? I mean, I get that King Ronald and Queen Cynder care a lot for their daughter, Ember, but do they really have to get paranoid and check every secret she has because they're afraid that she's hiding something that might harm her?" Eldon asked.
"No, they don't." Spyro said.
"That's right, Spyro, they don't but King Ronald and Queen Cynder are way too overprotective of their daughter, Ember." Eldon said.
"Yeah, they are." Ember said.
"I see." Spyro said.
"Oh, and Starflight and Tsunami, can you bring a white cloak for Spyro to hide in?" Ember asked.
"We can and we will." Starflight and Tsunami said.
"Now, better go and have your date since King Ronald and Queen Cynder are arriving here at any minute or time." Eldon said.
"Right, so let's go, Ember." Spyro said.
"I'm with you, Spyro." Ember said.
Then Spyro and Ember exited Prey Center and walked to Preston's Restaurant and entered it.
Then forty minutes later, Spyro and Ember exited Preston's Restaurant.
"Hurry, King Ronald and Queen Cynder will be arriving here in 120 seconds." Eldon said.
Then Spyro, Ember, and Eldon ran to the entrance hall and faced the entrance.
"Spyro, here, wear this white cloak." Starflight and Tsunami said, giving Spyro a white cloak.
"I'm not sure if I feel like I should wear someone else's cloak." Spyro said.
"Do you want to be caught?" Starflight and Tsunami asked.
"No, I don't." Spyro said.
"Then wear it." Starflight and Tsunami said.
Then Spyro put the white cloak on.
"It does feel comfortable. It smells like pineapple." Spyro said.
"Oh, that's my other cloak that was given to me by sister, Specialty, for my birthday when I was five years old and it has been hers before I was born." Ember said.
"I see." Spyro said.
"Enough talking." Eldon said.
Then the doors opened.
Then King Ronald and Queen Cynder entered the Sphene Mountain Academy.
Then Ember ran to King Ronald and Queen Cynder and they all hugged each other.
"Our beautiful daughter. You have returned to us. We missed you so much and we were afraid that something must have happened to you." Ronald and Cynder said.
"No, nothing happened to me. I just went on vacation and I missed you too, Dad and Mom." Ember said.
"So, where did you go to on vacation?" Ronald and Cynder asked.
"Another Realm." Ember said.
"You didn't go to the Nomadic Realms, did you?" Ronald and Cynder asked.
"No, I didn't." Ember said.
"Then where did you go to?" Ronald and Cynder asked.
"I went to the Dragon Realms." Ember said.
"We see. It's that Realm where those Betrayers live." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Come on, Dad and Mom. Can you just forgive them for that particular incident that you never told me?" Ember asked.
"We will, but we will never forgive Morgan and Goliath and their clans!" Ronald and Cynder said.
"That's great news that you will forgive the Dragon Elders!" Ember said.
"So, who found her?" Ronald and Cynder asked.
"We found her at the Kilay Village, all by herself." Carter, Nigel, and Eldon said.
"Thanks a lot, you three." Ronald and Cynder said.
"You're welcome, King Ronald and Queen Cynder." Carter, Nigel, and Eldon said.
"They are taking credit for themselves to protect you, Spyro, and they are bending the truth that they found her in Kilay Village by herself because she did exited the restaurant first." Flock and Syrup whispered.
"I see. Thanks for the clarification." Spyro whispered back.
Then Ember, Ronald, and Cynder, stopped hugging.
"I don't want to upset you, my beautiful daughter, but remember that being friends with Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrids is forbidden and also remember that being in a romantic relationship with a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid is forbidden too." Cynder said.
"But, Mom, why?" Ember asked.
"Listen to your mother, my beautiful daughter, and this is for your safety and we are trying to protect you from harm and prevent any dangers from happening to you and we are trying to keep you safe from terrible fates since you would be Queen one day." Ronald said.
"But, Dad, why is this the case?" Ember asked.
"You would understand later." Ronald said.
"Yes, you will." Cynder said.
"Ronald and Cynder, you have to stop this feud!" Starflight and Tsunami said.
"Yes, you have to stop this feud!" Glaze and Aria said.
"Why should we?" Ronald and Cynder asked.
"You have to stop this feud because it's pointless and you're fighting for no reason!" Starflight and Tsunami said.
"Yeah, what's the deal with it and if you can't tell us then stop this pointless fighting!" Glaze and Aria said.
"We won't." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Why not? This fighting will not solve anything so stop this pointless feud!" Clay and Glory said.
"And what purpose does this feud serve? There is no purpose so stop this useless feud!" Geo and Praise said.
"We won't stop this feud!" Ronald and Cynder said.
"What are you doing?! You're going against everything that we all taught you so get it out of your heads and stop this ridiculous fighting!" Current and Sunny said.
"Humph, consider it ridiculous if you would like to but we will never stop the feud until those BurnRoarers and DrownRoarers pay for what they done to our kinds!" Ronald and Cynder said.
"But stop this feud before it goes out of hand and it turns into a war!" Starflight, Tsunami, Glaze, Aria, Clay, Glory, Geo, Praise, Current, and Sunny said.
"Keep Quiet!" Cynder said.
"But..." Starflight, Tsunami, Glaze, Aria, Clay, Glory, Geo, Praise, Current, and Sunny said.
"I said to keep quiet!" Cynder shouted.
Then Starflight, Tsunami, Glaze, Aria, Clay, Glory, Geo, Praise, Current, and Sunny stopped talking.
"First of all, the feud is never going to stop. And second, I don't have to listen to you ten anymore because I'm a Queen. And third, the war will happen whether you like it or not." Cynder said.
"What's wrong with you?! You have changed from a Nice Gal to a Prejudice, Selfish, and Rude Jerk on the Day of the Wonderful!" Starflight, Tsunami, Glaze, Aria, Clay, Glory, Geo, Praise, Current, and Sunny said.
"Humph, call me by that if you would like." Cynder said.
"Ronald, you have to convince Cynder to stop making terrible choices!" Starflight, Tsunami, Glaze, Aria, Clay, Glory, Geo, Praise, Current, and Sunny said.
"I agree with Cynder on this so stop trying to convince us to stop this feud!" Ronald said.
"What's the matter with you?! We thought that you have changed for the better and you did and now you have changed for the worse on the Day of the Wonderful!" Starflight, Tsunami, Glaze, Aria, Clay, Glory, Geo, Praise, Current, and Sunny said.
"Humph. Say what you like." Ronald said.
"What's going on with you two?! Can you at least tell us what's the matter so we can help you solve the problem?" Cliff, Auklet, Umber, and Novelty asked.
"It's not something that you would understand but we will tell you about it later but we would like to spend time with our daughter again." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Ember, let's go the Twinkling Falls." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Yes, Dad and Mom." Ember said.
Then Ember, King Ronald, and Queen Cynder left the academy and went to the Twinkling Falls.
"What jerks..." Spyro mumbled.
"I know, right? They never talked back to their former teachers like this until today." Current and Sunny said.
"It's not possible to convince King Ronald and Queen Cynder to stop this pointless feud and Queen Cynder's heart is full of hated for Morgan and King Ronald's heart is full of hatred for Goliath and you heard what Queen Cynder said and that is that feud will never stop and that she doesn't have to listen to them because she's a Queen and that the war will happen whether her former teachers like it or not and you heard what her husband, King Ronald, said and that is that he agrees with his wife." Eldon said.
"I thought Starflight and Tsunami said that King Ronald and Queen Cynder were blinded by hatred and I thought that it will work if all heroes tried to convince them to stop this pointless feud but it didn't." Spyro said.
"I thought it will work too which is why I ask them for all of them to do it together but King Ronald and Queen Cynder are too blinded by hatred to listen to any reason." Eldon said.
"I see. I'm guessing delivering the Peace Of Treaty isn't going to be easy as I thought." Spyro said.
"When it is lunchtime, go to the room behind the Nurse Center. You can't go to the Special Dorm by yourself and if Ember comes back, King Ronald and Queen Cynder will want to go the Prey Center with her so you won't be able to spend time with her and I think that King Ronald and Queen Cynder are starting to get suspicious that the Sphene Mountain Academy is hiding something due to the try-and-fail convincing that happened earlier." Eldon said.
"So, you think that what happened earlier caused arose their suspicion instead?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, it did. And keep your cloak on to prevent you from being caught." Eldon said.
"I will." Spyro said.
"And here's a fish and chicken." Eldon said, giving Spyro a fish and a chicken.
"Now, go to the secret room in the Nurse Center!" Eldon said.
Then Spyro went to the Secret Room in the Nurse Center and closed the door.
Then Ember, King Ronald, and Queen Cynder entered the Sphene Mountain Academy.
"I think I know what's going on and I think that you all are hiding something from me and that must mean that there is a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid here in the academy." Cynder said.
"No, there isn't." Umber, Novelty, Cliff, and Auklet said.
"Don't make me laugh. Why else would our former teachers tried to convince me and Ronald to stop this feud if there isn't a Purple BurnRoarer/Hybrid here? There's no other reason. And besides, the citizens of Thrill Village told me that that they spotted a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid in Thrill Village, who told them a distraction." Cynder said.
"Cynder is right. There must be a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid here. And we will find him wherever he is except in the Secret Cubbies. And you can't stop us from doing this." Ronald said.
'I have to do something before they find Spyro here! But what? I know!' Ember thought to herself.
"Dad and Mom! I thought you said you want to spend time with me and it was a fun time together at Twinkling Falls. But are you just going to leave me like that? It would mean a lot to me if you spend time with me and my friends, so could you do it?" Ember asked.
"We don't see why not and sure, we will if it makes our daughter happy." Ronald and Cynder said.
'Phew! That was a close one.' Eldon thought to himself.
"But don't think that you're safe yet." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Oh yeah? You and what army?" Umber, Novelty, Cliff, and Auklet taunted.
King Ronald and Queen Cynder made mischievous smiles.
"We're glad you ask." Ronald and Cynder said.
'Uh oh! I don't like the look of these smiles!' Eldon thought to himself.
Then the other IceClaws and the other NightClaws entered the Sphene Mountain Academy.
"You brought your whole army with you?" Starflight and Tsunami asked.
"Yes, we did, except for Winter and Moonwatcher and a few others, since they are part of the army that will go to war." Ronald and Cynder said.
"Everyone, look for a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid here!" Cynder demanded to her IceClaws and NightClaws.
"At once, your majesty!" The other IceClaws and the other NightClaws said.
"And keep your noses out of the Secret Cubbies to prevent us from losing our friends!" Ronald demanded.
"We will, your majesty." The other IceClaws and the other NightClaws said.
Then the other IceClaws and other NightClaws began looking for a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid.
Then Thorn, Saphira, Ethan, Kris, and the rest of the other IceClaws and NightClaws smelled and found Spyro's scent.
Then Thorn, Saphira, Ethan, and Kris went to the Basement and entered it.
Then everyone else, except for Eldon, went to the Prey Center.
Then Eldon used a Pollen Cloud which caused the other IceClaws and the other NightClaws to sneeze.
Then Eldon used the Pollen Cloud as a way to go to the Nurse Center.
"Spyro, you can explore but be careful as King Ronald and Queen Cynder brought their army here and they're all looking for you. I used a Pollen Cloud to distract them but it won't hold for long." Eldon whispered.
"Got it." Spyro whispered.
Then Eldon went to the Prey Center.
Then Thorn and Saphira exited the Basement.
"What are you all doing?" Thorn and Saphira asked.
"Thorn and Saphira, they are sneezing and they can't look for a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid since pollen is getting the way." Ethan and Kris said.
"How is pollen here?" Thorn and Saphira asked.
"Eldon has the power of doing this and it is called Pollen Cloud. We know this because we saw him do it when we told the other IceClaws and the other NightClaws to tell him that he will put in the arranged marriage even though it was cancelled but we told them the truth of our plan before telling them to do that." Ethan and Kris said.
"We understand. So, your plan was to discover more of Eldon and his powers and you did." Thorn and Saphira said.
"Don't worry, we can clear it." Ethan and Kris said.
Then Ethan and Kris used Dark Blaze Clear Cure and getting rid of the pollen and curing the IceClaws and the NightClaws.
"Sorry, we didn't mean to make you upset." The IceClaws and the NightClaws said.
"No, forget that because you couldn't do anything. Ethan and Kris told us that Eldon used his Pollen Cloud to cause this. And we haven't done anything to him recently so that must mean that there is a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid here." Thorn and Saphira said.
"We'll keep on looking." The other IceClaws and the other NightClaws said and then began looking for Spyro again.
"Can we smell the Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid?" Thorn and Saphira asked.
"No, we can't since the Pollen Cloud destroyed his scent but we can smell Eldon's scent." Ethan and Kris said, smelling.
Then Thorn and Saphira smelled too.
"You're right. We can smell Eldon's scent. And it look likes it leads to the Nurse Center." Thorn and Saphira said.
Then Thorn, Saphira, Ethan, and Kris went to the Nurse Center and began looking in there.
Then Thorn and Saphira went to the door and opened it.
"There's no one here except for someone wearing a white cloak but it must be Specialty." Thorn and Saphira said.
Then Thorn and Saphira moved out of Spyro's way.
Then Spyro sneakily walked out of the Nurse Center and sneakily walked to the Basement and entered it.
Then Spyro ate his fish and chicken.
Then two hours later, the IceClaws and the NightClaws gave up looking and went back to the Entrance Hall.
Then Ember, Ember's friends, Ember's teachers, and Ember's parents went back to the Entrance Hall.
"So, did you find a Purple BurnRoarer/DrownRoarer Hybrid here?" Cynder asked.
"No, we didn't." The IceClaws and the NightClaws said.
"Can you tell me why?" Cynder asked.
Then Thorn, Saphira, Ethan, and Kris explained what happened to King Ronald and Queen Cynder.
"I see." Cynder said.
Then King Ronald and Queen Cynder turned around.

"Cynder is right as we will come back to look for him/her." Ronald said.
'Father and Mother are persistent. I'll give them that.' Ember thought to herself.
"And Eldon, nice trick but don't do it again or you will be placed in the arranged marriage again. However, because you're my daughter's friend, I will give you two more chances and if you do it again after the last two chances, then you will be placed in the arranged marriage and it will not be canceled this time. You have been warned." Cynder said.
"Jeez. What a jerk..." Spyro mumbled.
"Now, we'll leave." Cynder said.
Then King Ronald, Queen Cynder, and their army left the Sphene Mountain Academy.
Then Spyro exited the Basement and went to the Entrance Hall.
"Spyro, what happened?" Eldon asked.
Then Spyro explained to Eldon what happened.
"But how? How they know about my special power?" Eldon asked.
"I think I know. Eldon, you remember that even though the arranged marriage was canceled, the IceClaws and the NightClaws were still trying to force you in it, right?" Ember asked.
"Yes, that's right. I wonder why." Eldon said.
"It was a trap set by my grandparents, who are Queen Cynder's parents!" Ember said.
"You mean that it was a trap?" Eldon asked.
"My grandparents, Ethan and Kris, were hoping for the arranged marriage to take place so they can investigate you and your powers but because the arranged marriage was canceled, my grandparents were trying to investigate your powers and when you used your Pollen Cloud out of anger because you were angry that the IceClaws and the NightClaws were trying to force into the arranged marriage, Grandfather Ethan and Grandmother Kris found out about your Pollen Cloud. I should have warned you of the trap but I didn't do it because I didn't want to anger my grandparents." Ember said.
"Ember, it's okay, you made the right choice. Your grandparents, Ethan and Kris, might be old but they can still pack quite a punch. It's not safe to mess with them." Eldon said.
'So, Ember's grandparents tricked Eldon into a trap? What jerks!' Spyro thought to himself.
"Ethan and Kris are jerks too!" Spyro said.
"I know. I should have realized that it was a trap but because I got so angry, I used my Pollen Cloud out of anger." Eldon said.
"Eldon, try to avoid using your Pollen Cloud unless there's no other option. We don't want to get you in the arranged marriage that you can't escape. And if you do, we will try our best to convince Ember's parents, King Ronald and Queen Cynder, to cancel the arranged marriage and we know how and that is by telling them that if they don't cancel it, then we will stop being their friends." Umber, Novelty, Cliff, and Auklet said.
"Ember, you and Spyro can go on your date since King Ronald and Queen Cynder arrived at 6:00 AM." Eldon said.
Then Spyro took the white cloak off and gave it to Eldon.
Then Spyro and Ember went to Aerie's Restaurant and entered it.
Then forty minutes later, Spyro and Ember exited Aerie's Restaurant.
"Go to the Special Dorm to have some time together. I feel like someone's coming." Eldon said.
Then Spyro and Ember went to the Special Dorm and entered it.
"I hope this visitor isn't Nate." Eldon said.
Then Eldon went to the Entrance Hall.
Eldon sighed, preparing for the worse if it does come.
