Shiva's POV
I left for Court for the hearing after dropping Gowri and Magil in her college...
I would be lying if I said i am not worried about her punishment but i am happy and lucky to have her in my life ....
she is my peace no matter what....but angry Gowri is something else who we should never mess with
The court hearing was over and we submitted all the evidences we collected and proved the culprit's crime....he is a kind of psycho-killer who traps and murder young girls in a brutal way, the case is toughest for my team not for this cases we faced difficult to find that culprit but because that animal was a son of a minister so the aftermath process and further proceedings was difficult to move further and the pressure and numerous number of threads my team faced even i received many threads and someone was actually following my Gowri thank god i found him before he harm her or Magil .....
Even though its a Cognizable offence and we had the power to arrest him without any warrant under Section 154 of The code of Criminal Procedure
(Cognizable offences are are serious in nature. For example- Murder, Rape, Dowry Death, Kidnapping, Theft, Criminal Breach of Trust etc.
Section 154 of CrPc provides that under a Cognizable offence or case, the Police Officer has to receive the First Information Report (FIR) relating to the cognizable offence, which can be obtained without the Magistrate's permission and enter it in the General Diary to start the investigation. Thus, the police officer is bound to register the FIR even without the permission of Magistrate.)
we couldn't take him in our custody for enquiry that much easily we need solid proofs against him for each time to deny his bail petition......to save that bastard his father himself said that he is mentally disabled person and submitted a fake doctor report and took him out in bail...
I had put lot of effort and many arguments to take him again in police custody to prove that he was in right state finally today all the efforts my team put in this case was paid off. he was proved guilty and the judge gave him death sentence......the victims got justice their parents were crying hearing the judgement and thanked me and team......
