Author's Pov
The group decided to visit the park to do some sightseeing. The six are unaware that Sunghoon is moving in the opposite direction. After some time, one of them eventually realized Sunghoon was no longer with them.
"Has anyone of you seen where Sunghoon went?" Heeseung asked his other friends with a troubled expression on his face. "I haven't seen him walk far away from us; he's pretty sneaky," Jay commented, as others nodded and agreed.
They all made the decision to search for Sunghoon separately. They tried calling him, but his phone was switched off. Sunghoon is old, we know, but because of the circumstances he is facing right now, they can't help but be concerned about him. Every time he is dealing with a challenge, Sunghoon can be a little risky for himself. He attempted to slit his wrist with a knife once. It's fortunate Yebin caught sight of him and intervened to stop him in his tracks.
On the other side, while Sunghoon's friends were busy finding him, he was strolling the park alone, hoping to find Yebin. Thoughts filled his mind, but his eyes were empty, showing no emotions. Without having a clear destination in mind, he just keeps walking and walking, letting his feet take him wherever they want to go.
Suddenly, his eyes glistened. He spotted Yebin, or what he believed to be Yebin, from a distance. The way the wind sweeps the girl's hair enhances her beauty-her radiant skin, her innocent eyes, and, above all, her entire presence. He began to run as quickly as he could, and as the space between them decreased, he hugged the girl tightly.
A surprised squeak could be heard from the girl tucked between his arms. When Sunghoon finally turned to look at the female, he realized it wasn't Yebin. After releasing the girl, he repeatedly apologized to her and bowed his head.
"It's alright," the girl remarked and strode away from him. Sunghoon was devastated and was stuck in his position. The hope he had immediately crumbled. The brightness in his eyes faded back into oblivion.
Soon after the incident, Jay and Jungwon eventually located Sunghoon, who was standing in the center as if he were lost. The two of them sprinted over to him and gently patted his shoulder without startling him.
"Sunghoon, where have you gone? Why did you leave us? We've been looking for you for almost an hour now, and we're so worried about you," Jay panted. "Sorry for causing you guys trouble; I just want to have some time alone and have some fresh air," Sunghoon said half lying. "No, it's alright, Hyung; we're just worried about you; you could've just informed us you needed some alone time so we wouldn't go insane," Jungwon responded, concerned.
After finding Sunghoon, Jay called the other members to let them know. The moment they saw Sunghoon, they couldn't help but run to him and give him a tight hug. As over as it sounds, they're scared that they might also lose Sunghoon.
