Author's Pov
Sunghoon hadn't been awake for three days after the incident. Heeseung had spoken to his parents and informed them about Sunghoon's situation. His parents were so concerned about him that they headed to the hospital right away. The boys, of course, tried to calm them down because they didn't want Sunghoons parents to end up in the hospital as well. (Sorry, I had to.)
"How come you didn't tell us about Sunghoon's incident immediately away, Heeseung-ah?" Sunghoon's mother asked in a concerned tone. Heeseung could only look down in guilt. "I'm afraid that you'll worry too much about Sunghoon's condition, auntie. Besides, we took good care of Sunghoon. I'm sorry."
"It's fine, Heeseung-ah. Thank you for your concern and for taking good care of my son, especially for others. Thank you, boys." The boys were happy to hear that Sunghoon's parents weren't upset with them for not alerting them about Sunghoon's illness immediately.

Sunghoon's Pov
I opened my eyes and was greeted by brightness. Everything around me is covered with white and nothing else. I stretched my arms out in front of me, hoping to feel something, but it seems like I am dead.
I attempted to run, but it feels as though I am trapped in a loop and remained in this white chamber. There's no way out, no door, no windows, or even furniture. I collapsed to the ground, helpless and weak. There is no escape. Am I actually dead?
I saw a hand extended in front of me while my thoughts continued to spin in space. When I looked up, there stood Yebin. My tears started to flow out like a river, and Yebin reached out to my cheeks to wipe the tears away.
"Hoonie, why are you crying? I'm already here," Yebin murmured, wrapping her arms around me.
I haven't felt your warmth in a long, Yebin-ah. I couldn't talk; the words that I wanted to say were stuck on my tongue. I tried opening my mouth but ended up closing it.
"Everything will be fine, hmm? Don't cry; I hate seeing you like this. It's okay to not be okay, but please fight for yourself." All I could do was sob in her arms. I don't want to lose Yebin again, so I hugged her tight and looked straight into his eyes.
"Yebin, don't ever leave me." Finally, having the strength to push those words out of my mouth, though they came out really muffled but still loud enough for Yebin to hear. Yebin gave me a warm smile as she drew me into her embrace. "Sunghoon-ah, you are my love."
Author's Pov
The boys hadn't gotten enough sleep in days, and they were on the sofa inside Sunghoon's hospital room, their eyelids droopy.
Sunoo was laying his head on Sunghoon's bed when he felt a stirring above his head. He hurriedly informs the others before returning to the spot where Sunghoon is laying. They called the doctor and waited for Sunghoon to finally open his eyes.
Brightness greeted Sunghoon's vision, preventing him from seeing what was going on around him. "Yebin-ah, where are you?" Those were the first words out of Sunghoon's mouth when he opened his eyes; they were feeble but audible to the boys.
Sunghoon's vision remains blurry; he hasn't eaten in a day; and he has been in a coma for three days.
The moment Sunghoon asked the question, his friends couldn't help but sigh and feel sorry for him. The doctor arrived in less than a minute, and he immediately examined Sunghoon. Nonetheless, Sunghoon continued to ask the same question repeatedly, hoping that one of them would respond. The doctor is perplexed and looks to his friends, who are seeking the right answers.
"Hyung, I'm sorry to break it to you, but don't you remember that Yebin is gone?" Sunoo asked, his voice mournful. He's not used to seeing Sunghoon like this.
"What do you mean gone? I saw her and held her; you're hiding her, aren't you?" Sunghoon asked, his face hopeful.
"Sunghoon, I suggest you take a break and eat something; it's been days since you've eaten; let's talk about Hyebin later, okay?" Heeseung advised Sunghoon. Sunghoon could only nod in defeat, though his mind was still lingering on where Hyebin was.
