Eli quickly opens his car door and runs to the other side to let out the girl. She steps out still shaken up by the events that just occurred. He motioned her to follow him and as she walking she noticed a red car also parked in the driveway. Once they get to the door Eli turns the handle and opens it. "Eli is that you!?" A voice from another room called out loudly. Eli gave Haven a reassuring look causing the girl feel a little more comfort. "Yeah, It's me but I have a...friend with me as well!" He yells back as they both walk into the kitchen. At this point Haven has dried a bit, but her clothes were still wet and she was starting to get uncomfortable in them. "A friend?" A women with dark hair strolls out of one of the other rooms. She has this intensity to her, but something about her already made haven feel safe. "Here I was starting to think you didn't have any-.." She stops in her tracks when her eyes land on the sopping wet girl. Haven's eyes never left the floor but she could feel the gaze of the woman. Just as she was about to say something else the front door open. A man with a buzz cut walks in and stops to see the awkward mess that was standing in front of him. "Um hi? What's going on here?" He says as he puts his keys down on the counter. Eli gave him a glance and then looks at Haven, she nodded to him telling the boy that it's okay to share what happened. "Okay...you see I was at the shop learning how to fix cars with Malia and as I was leaving Haven here kinda ran into the jeep. She was really freaked out and she said she had ran out of the woods, that someone was following her. She was soaked in water head to toe. So I brought her here. Somewhere I know she'd be safe.." Eli explained to both of the adults in front of the two kids. The dark haired women quickly left the room and entered the other room she was previously in. The man sighed while sitting down on the couch waiting. The woman came back into the kitchen this time holding some dry, clean clothes. "Here. These are some of my old clothes so they should fit you. I'm Allison and that over there is Scott. The bathroom is down the hall on the right." She spoke with a warm smile as she handed Haven the clothes. The girl delicately took the clothes from her hands and made her way to the bathroom. Walking in she shuts the door behind her and sets the clothes on the toilet seat. She looks at herself in the mirror letting out a shaky breath. "Breath.." she gently whispers to her reflection in the mirror. Grasping the edges of her shirt she pulls it up and over her head throwing it on the floor, same with her jeans and shoes. Picking up the fresh dry clothes she puts on the black t-shirt that Allison had gave her and the dark wash Jeans that were a tad big on her waist. Allison had also given her some new socks. Putting her shoes back on she sighs and looks at herself once more in the mirror. Feeling a lot more comfortable she turns the door handle and leaves the bathroom. She sees all of the speaking to each other in a hush whisper. They spot her and immediately stop the conversation. "...um so what number should I call so we can let your parents know you're safe." Scott said walking over to grab his phone. Haven gives him a strange look like he was somewhat stupid. Then she thinks about it and gets worried when she can't remember. "I-I uh Um..I can't remember." She spoke softly like a kid who had just been yelled at. Scott noticed she was overwhelmed with emotions. So he put his phone back down and walked back over to the kitchen counter. "Don't worry you're safe here with us...Why don't you tell us what happened?" He spoke with a soft tone in his voice. She looked at all three of them and then at the floor once more. "Well, I don't really know what happened last night all I know what that I woke up in the middle of the woods by myself. I was covered in water and my body was in excruciating pain, but I do remember that there was a lake behind me...it was- it felt..like it was calling me." They all give a concerned glance towards the girl. She quickly spoke again to clear the tension. "T-That sounds crazy- forget I said that!" She was talking really fast and thought they were going to think she was out of her mind. Scott glances at Allison as she stares back at him. They were thinking the same thing when the girl speaks up again. "I have a question.." They look back at her and nod their head telling her to ask it. She looks at Eli and he seems to be still processing what Haven had said. "Um am I still in Washington? I don't exactly know where I ended up.." She asked as she picked at her fingers. Scott gave her a shocked look and scratched his chin. He then stood up from the stool and looked at the girl with uneasiness. "...I don't know how to say this but um you're definitely not in Washington anymore." He said as the girl was stunned from his words. She definitely didn't think she'd be in another state. "Well then where am I!?" Growing a bit more anxious which caused her raise her voice. "Beacon Hills. California." Suddenly Eli spoke from the other side of the room. Haven just stared at the boy unsure of what to say..
