disastrous days.

the beginning

The lair was quite. Too quiet for Mikey who was bored as fuck. He was sat down watching space heros since he wasn't allowed to change the show because Leo was watching it. Mikey saw Casey walk through the lair and opportunity struck.

"Casey!" Mikey shouted out

The boy looked over, grinning.

"Hey Mike." he greeted.

Mikey immediately got up on his two feet and walked over to the other.

"Dude, I need to ask you something but I can't ask you Infront of Leo." Mikey told him.

"Uh, okay?" Casey said, looking a bit confused but it was Mikey so he wasn't that suprised.

They both walked further away from Leo who didn't notice their absence as for he was busy watching his favourite show.

Mikey and Casey had beat up a drug dealer the other night while they were trying to skate. Mikey took what was left of the drugs they had. It was a bag of weed. Mikey was planning on somehow getting this bag back to the police but figured that his mutant form wouldn't work that well.

Though, Mondo has told Mikey before that weed was pretty 'dope' so he was curious on what it would be like to try a bit. He was also told that the experience was more fun with freinds so Mikey had decided to ask Casey If he was willing to join him in the act.

"Dude, you have to promise not to tell my bros about this okay?" Mikey insisted "But remember when we fought that druggie?"

Casey raised an eyebrow "Yeah?"

"Mondo told me that the drugs we got from him were pretty fun to use, do you want to maybe like, try some out?" Mikey asked "Just a bit wouldn't hurt anyone, right?"

"Alright I'm down.....only this once though." Casey agreed.

Mikey grinned and went to his room to get the stuff he had found the other night. Casey waited for him. Once Mikey was back they both walked through the sewer tunnels. They made sure not to step on any broken glass or junk in the sewer's tunnels that had been left there.

The two climbed out of the manhole, leading to the usual alleyway they hang out around. It was night yet the city was light up by technology humans had made to decorate their city and make it more interesting. Michelangelo climbed up a ladder and up to a building, Casey followed behind him.

"Wait dude, do you have a lighter?" Michelangelo asked.

"Yeah." Casey replied, sitting down and leaning on a wall ontop of the building.

Mikey was glad to hear that, he may have not known much about weed but he knew you needed a lighter. He joined Casey and sat with him.

"Dude, I have no clue how to use this.." Mikey admitted

Casey picked it up,
"I can do it."

He made a roll out of the blunt wraps and weed, setting it alight at the end. Mikey watched as he did so and took it when Casey passed it over to him. Casey repeated the process but this blunt was for himself. He was the first to take a drag from the blunt he held, coughing a bit after taking the roll away from his mouth.

"You good?" Mikey questioned.

Casey nodded, "Yep."

Mikey copied Casey's action, bringing the joint up to his mouth and inhaling. He immediately took the joint away from his face after being suprised by what it was like. He too began coughing.

"Dude!" Mikey shouted out, not too loudly though he didn't want to get caught by anyone. "This is so weird, I didn't know it would taste of anything."

Casey didn't even bother to reply to Mikey's response of trying the weed, he just continued waiting for his to kick in.
After few minutes had passed and one or two more drags of the roll had been taken. They were both feeling the beginning of the effects.
