Just Normal

Cabins

I looked around my new cabin, room 127. Almost everything was white. It has white walls , two white twin sized beds, each bed had one white pillow and a white bed spread. A flat screen tv mounted on the wall with a white couch. The floor is dark wood. The kitchen has some color. The counters are granite and it had a wooden table with 4 grey chairs facing it. I couldn't wait to fix up this place when I got my units. But I only had thirty minutes to get ready for the ceremony and was stressing out on what Extra I was going to be partnered up with. The only Extra I knew was a girl named Anastasia, and she, like most Extras, had weird Flaws. She always coughed up blood and thought she could talk to ghosts. I put on my uniform and put my hair in the required bun and walked toward the gathering area. As I was walking there I could see out a giant window that was by the staircase. I saw my old ship. which was weird because everybody, on all the ships, where having their ceremony today. And that meant that the Victorian was supposed to be in the Jamaican waters, not the Hawaiian where Inoxody was having the ceremony. I didn't over think it, they where probably just restocking on food for the younger kids . I looked at the clock 4:22. I need to get there by 4:30, I can't be late or I will get in serious trouble. No one is
in the halls so I guess I'm gonna be the last one in. I speed walked to the giant front doors. And tried to open them but they wouldn't budge. I gave it another try but they still didn't move. I figured they were just really heavy and I couldn't open by my self. I tried once more when I heard someone walk behind me, I spun around and saw a man.

The man is wearing a yellow and black striped shirt with red pants and black shoes, but what catches my eye is that the man has a gun in his hand. But he just looks at me and nods. Like he doesn't have a dangerous weapon in is hand. I was about to ask him why he had it when the doors open, I guess it read my ID card. I'm still getting used to the whole card thing. On Victoria I just has to press my thumb to the doors handles and it opened, no matter what size the door. I looked at my wrist and saw it was 4:26. As I looked inside I gasped.
