When Darth Maul finally awoke. He was surrounded by imperial guards, spears to his neck with the evil lord standing at the back.
"So this is your plan, get rid of me and pretend that I was never here. How cowardly. I thought you were more powerful than that. You are no lord, you are a coward." proclaimed Darth Maul.
"I'm not going to kill you, I need a new assassin. My last one betrayed me," explained Lord Sidious.
"Ventress," hissed Maul. "She helped Obi-Wan escape my attack on him. She must pay as well. You want me to go after her?"
"No, I need you to bring me a Jedi general. Jedi master Plo Koon. We need him to attack the Jedi Temple. And no one would expect him to be the one to do it. That is my plan for you," defined the dark lord.
"Hasn't that already been done?" questioned Darth Maul.
"Yes, but that attack was on the hangar. I need him to plant a bomb in all of the Jedi's quarters. Than we will have no more Jedi to be concerned about during the war," Evil Lord described.
"What will you pay me if I am successful in this task? Asked Maul.
"Credit chips are meaningless. If you are successful, I will take you as my apprentice again. But if you fail. No one will even remember your name," mouthed Lord Sidious.
"I think we have a deal, my future master," Darth Maul replied pridefully.
