My friend told me yesterday that I should make Draco follow Harry into a Alley and pin him up and kiss him in the end and I was just like wtf is going through ur mind. I haven't run this chapter in any spellcheckers so if you see any mistakes please point it out and i will fox it. Anyways, this chapter is longer than the first, so hold tight...

Harry read the paper over and over again. It read, "All student Organizations, Societies, Teams, Groups, and Clubs are henceforth disbanded. An Organization, Society, Team, Group, or Club is hereby defined as a regular meeting of three or more members. Permission to re-form may be sought from the High Inquisitor (Professor Umbridge). No student Organization, Society, Team, Group, or Club may exist without the knowledge and approval of the High Inquisitor. Any student found to have formed, or belong to an Organization, Society, Team, Group, or Club that the High Inquisitor has not been approved of will be expelled."
Harry was reading the notice through again. The chances of completing the Defense Against Dark Arts class were over. "This isn't a coincidence," he said, his hands forming fists. "She knows." - "She can't," said Ron at once. "There were people listening in that pub. And let's face it, we don't know how of the people who turned up we can trust..." said Harry, "Any of them could have run off and told Umbridge..."
"Draco Malfoy!" Said Ron at once, punching his fist into his hand. "Or- I thought those other two had a really shifty look too-" "I wonder if Hermiones' seen this yet.", Harry interrupted eyes shifting towards the girl's dormitories. She would be so disappointed when she found out, she had been so excited. "Let's go and tell her," said Ron. He bounded forward, pulled open the door, and set off up the spiral staircase.
He was on the sixth stair when it happened. There was a loud wailing, klaxon-like sound and the step's melted together to make a long, smooth stone slide. There was a brief moment when Ron tried to keep running, arms working madly like windmills. Ron fell back at Harry's feet and Harry held back a laugh. "I don't think we're allowed in the girl's dormitories," said Harry pulling Ron up to his feet. "I didn't realize that would happen. It's not fair," said Ron. "Hermione's allowed in our dormitory, how come we're not allowed-?"
"It's an old-fashioned rule," said Hermione who had just slid down neatly onto a rug and was now getting to her feet, "but it says in Hogwarts: A History that the founders thought boys were less trustworthy than girls. Anyways, why were you trying to get in there?"
"To see you - Look at this!" said Ron, dragging her over to the notice board. Hermione's eyes slid rapidly down the paper. Her expression became stony. "Someone must have babbled to her," Ron said angrily. "They can't have done." Said Hermione in a low voice. "You're so naive," said Ron. "you think just because you're all honesty, and trustworthy-" "No, they can't have done it because I put a jinx on that piece of parchment we all signed," said Hermione grimly. "Believe me, if anyone's run off and told Umbridge, we'll know exactly who they are and they will really regret it." ... "What?!" said Ron and Harry in unison.

The meeting rolled by quickly. Dobby had shown Harry a room called The Room of Requirement. The room had turned into an open space, walls lined with wooden bookcases , and large silk cushions on the floors. That day, Harry, Hermione, and Ron had told everyone where to meet. People started to arrive, all fascinated by the room. The room filled up,and all the cushions were occupied. Everyone was sitting in their own little groups chatting away. Harry could see Draco with his friends, while they were chatting away happily making fun of most people as they entered the room. He seemed out of place. He looked empty. Harry didn't bother to pay any more attention to him. Why would he care about what Malfoy was feeling?
Hermione cleared her throat, getting the attention of the room. "So- I've been thinking about the sort of stuff we need to do- and er, I think we ought to elect a leader." - "Harry's leader," said Cho at once. Harry appreciated it, of course he did. But, he still can't get the butterflies or the flips in his stomach like he used to. He just can't. "Yes- but I think we ought to vote on it properly," said Hermione. "It makes it formal and it gives him authority. So- everyone who thinks Harry ought to be our leader?"
Everybody put up their hands, even Pansy, Blaise, and Draco, though they did it all very halfheartedly and all had a scowl displayed on their face. " Er- right, thanks," said Harry who could feel his face burning. "What Hermione?" she had raised her hand. "I also think we ought to have a name," she said brightly, her hand still raised. "It would promote a feeling of team spirit and unity, don't you think?" Draco snickered, and Ron sent him a death stare. "Can we be the Anti-Umbridge League?" said Angelica, the Gryffindor Quidditch captain, hopefully. "Or the Ministry of Magic are Morons" suggested Fred. "I was thinking," said Hermione, "more of a name that didn't tell everyone what we were up to, so we can refer to it safely outside of the meeting."
"The Defense Association?" said Cho. "The D.A. for short, so nobody knows what we're talking about." - "Yea, the D.A.'s good." said Ginny "Only let's make it stand for Dumbledore's Army because that's the Ministry's worst fear, isn't it? There was a good deal of appreciative murmurs and laughter at this, but of course, Malfoy and his little friends make some side comments and chuckle occasionally. "All in favor of D.A.?" said Hermione "That's a majority - motion passed!" She pinned the piece of paper with all the name's on it on the wall and wrote in big letters DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY across the top.
"Right," said Harry when she had sat down again, "Shall we get practicing then? I was thinking, the first thing we should do is Expelliarmus, you know, the Disarming Charm. I know it's pretty basic, but I've found it really useful-" - "Oh please," said Draco, rolling his eyes and folding his arms. "I don't think Expelliarmus is exactly going to help us against the Dark Lord, do you?" - "I've used it against him," said Harry quietly bubbling with anger and looking down at his lap. "It saved my life last June." Draco opened his mouth stupidly, everyone else was looking at the both intensely, trying to figure out what would happen next. Draco stood up and pulled out his wand from the pockets of his cloak, Harry had stood up too, hand on his wand stuffed in his pockets now too. "If you're so good at it," said Draco. "Use it on me. I dare you"
Harry pulled out his wand and pointed it at Draco, he tensed his shoulders. "Harry don't." said Hermione sharply. "You're going to get in tro-" - "Expelliarmus" shouted Harry. He didn't even have time to think why he did it before the red sparks shot out of his wand. "Protego!" Malfoy had cast a Sheild Charm and blocked Harry's spell. "Impedimen-" Malfoy hissed and looked at the back of his hand where he could feel pain, before Malfoy would continue his jinx, Harry had somehow managed to cast a Stinging hex without his wand. "H-How did you even manage to..?" Draco looked at the back at his now bruising hand, then looked back at Harry. "Nevermind. I'm leaving." Draco said firmly and left the room, Pansy and Blaise got up soon after he left out the door and followed him out. "Er- anyways, let's set out to group's of two and practice."

After practice, Harry had used his Marauder's map to send all of their houses to their house without getting caught by any teachers. Harry let Hermione and Ron go without him. He said he had needed some time alone, they hesitated, but eventually let him go. Harry walked across the castle and headed up the Astronomy Tower.
He went up the stairs, and when he reached the top he saw someone standing on the balcony. He slowly walked towards the person and just when he got close enough he could make out who it was. "Malfoy?" Draco turned around and pulled out his wand out of instinct. "I don't want to fight." said Harry. Draco slowly lowered his wand. "I think we already had enough of that." joked Harry. Draco didn't laugh, but turned back and looked back outside.
"What do you want, Potter?" Draco sneered. "Don't think I came here for you." retorted Harry. "I came to calm down, but obviously someone got here before me." Draco hummed. He didn't seem bothered by Harry's presence like he did before, I guess not fighting really brought down his mood. Harry moved over and looked out of the tower next to him. He glanced at Dracos hand. It was bruised and was swelling. "Sorry, by the way." said Harry quickly. "For what?" Asked Malfoy. "Your hand, I didn't know it would happen. I mean, I wasn't trying hurt you it just happened, I-" - "It's okay." said Draco "I shouldn't have tried and duelled you." Was Harry hearing this right Draco Mafloy was apologizing to him? "Yea, you made a little bit of a scene out there." said Harry, chuckling. It was nice to talk to him like this. Draco let out a small chuckle, and he dug into his cloak to grab something but a small box fell to the floor from his pocket.
Draco quickly tried to pick it up, but Harry was quicker. He held up a box of.. "Cigarettes? Malfoy, you smoke?" said Harry in shock. "No. Give me that!" Draco grabbed them out of Harrys hands and shoved them back into his pocket. He looked down at the ground, hoping after that, Harry would leave and go back to his dormitories. But he didn't, instead he stood next to Malfoy again and looked at the sky.
"You know thats like, killing off your lungs, right?" said Harry. Draco scoffed. "Like you would care, Potter." - "Actually I do, you know, I may hate your guts, but I'm not going to let you die from Lung Cancer." said Harry "Im not going to get Lung Cancer, it's not like I'm addicted to it." said Draco in a fast reply. "You bloody hell might as well be if your carrying them around on you like that!" Harry bellowed. " I bet you a Galleon you were up here to smoke, weren't you?" Harry beckoned. "No, I actually wasn't." Malfoy retorted "I don't believe you, but whatever."
Harry looked up into the sky once more, he decided to change the subject because it was obviously disturbing Draco. "It's beautiful, isn't is?" mellowed Harry. "What?" asked Draco. "The sky." mused Harry. "It's beautiful." Draco looked up at the sky. from this view, he could see stars and could make out a few constellations. The moonlight seeped into the room they were standing in. He suddenly became very aware on the way the moonlight stuck to Harry. "Yes, it is very beautiful." said Draco. Draco looked over to Harry to see Harry already staring at him. "I should go," said Draco. already heading toward the exit. "Hey," Harry suddenly grabbed his arm, "Come to the next meeting." he said. "Yea, okay. I will." Draco smiled and turned to leave.

Harry felt butterflies growing in his stomach.
