A/N:haha this chapter is in Nenes POV ------------------------------------------------------------ The day of the accident: "Tsukasa's late..." I said looking over at the two others. "Fufu~ As per usual I must say." Rui added. "Im sure he will come soon!! We should start practicing our roles now to be better when he arrives!!" Emu replied to me and Rui. "I agree with Emu" I said. "It's best to try understanding our role better while we wait for him in order to keep ourselves busy." They both nodded and we started re-reading the scripts Rui had made.

An hour had passed. -"Waaah!! Im starting to get worried about Tsukasa-Kun guys!!!" -"Now that you say it, I must agree. It's not like him to not come to practice at all without informing us." Rui said to Emu. "Let me see if he has sent us a message we didn't notice." I said to them both. I opened my phone and went through my texts and the group chat, no new messages. "Maybe he was in a hurry and forgot?" I said as I closed my phone and put it in my pocket. "Propably" Rui responded. "Does that mean we will have to do the rest of practice without him?" Emu said in a seemingly sad tone. "I mean it wouldn't hurt for a day" I said to Emu and assured her it would be just fine. ------------------------------------------------------------ 2 WEEKS LATER ------------------------------------------------------------ When Tsukasa was here, I never really thought he could imact so many peoples lives at once, but now that he is gone I realise almost everyone has been impacted.
It's geniuenly so confusing, sure he always stood out but I never though so many people would miss him this much, and I must say im greatly affected aswell. It's like a butterfly effect of some sort.
I wonder if Tsukasa knew this would be our reaction. Did he know he would cause this much chaos?
For me im trying to cope by playing video games in order to forget about it. It may seem ordinary for me and all but I used to have an overall good schedule; Now I just stay up all night playing in order not to think about him.
Others are also greatly affected but I don't know that much.
The weird thing is that his body still hasn't been found. Hell, he could even be alive but the police are doing a shit job looking for him!
I continued thinking about that as I walked down the schools hallways, the halls that were once so full of life and enthusiasim. Tsukasa didn't just affect friends and siblings, he affected the whole school.
The halls now just felt so..grey. Even teachers looked like they were tired, it just felt so weird. There was almost no sound, you would be able to her a pin drop if it happened.
I walked to my respective class and just sat at the back, dozing off. Its been..2 weeks, I think, since Tsukasa went missing. Rui locked himself in his room and only responds to me, Emu and Mizuki. He was starting to loose it and was only thinking of the many stuff that might have happened to Tsukasa.
Emu also seemed down, still her usual smile on her face but it seemed less energetic.
The bell rang, signaling us that we are dismissed from our daily visit to hell and are able to return home. I started putting my bookd into the schoolbag and when I was done I grabbed it and left. I stopped right infront of Rui's house and knocked the door, saying "Rui, It's me Nene." and waiting for Rui to open it, and thats exactly what happened. God he looked like a mess, had he been taking care of his needs?
I sighed. "Rui.."
He put on a weak version of his signature smile. "Sorry" He said with a small giggle. "It's fine for now, but please don't expect me to be able to come and take care of you every day." "Yeah,yeah." I walked to the kitchen, What could I make him to eat today? He would never eat veggies, so I'll have to settle eith domething else that will also be easy for me to make. "Do you eat apples?" I asked. "Sometimes." Okay, then that settles it, today I'll be making an apple pie.
I opened the fruits basket and saw 3 apples, just enough.
"Rui, as much as I know you don't and propably can't go out you have to grocery shop. How about we go shopping tommorow?"
Rui let out a small groan but in the end agreed.
I continued making the apple pie ehile Rui was propably making a new invention. I finally put the pie in the oven and sat next to him.
"I'm sure we will find him." I said as I put my hand to his shoulder. I could see small chunks of water drop down from his face and hugged him. "It's going to be okay."
He seemed relieved to hear that, but I don't think we can find him anymore. Who knows where he may be?
That's when it hit me. the SEKAI. what if he was in SEKAI?
"RUI!!" I must've said that very loudly, because Rui looked like he was about to jump.
He looked at me. "Have you tried entering SEKAI for the past 2 weeks?"
He must have realised why I was asking and immediately made a run for his phone, the distance wasn't that far but he looked exhausted.
I grabbed my phone out of my pocket aswell and was ready to press play, when I noticed that the song had ended. Normally the song dosen't end at all, everytime we enter and exist it goes back to 0:00.
I looked over to Rui's phone and he had the same problem.
"This hasn't happened before.." Rui said with a tone of disbelief.
He seemed panicked. And I completely understand why. I also was panicked.
I called Emu.
-"Nene-chan? Is something wrong? You look scared!" -"Emu, have you been to SEKAI the last 2 weeks?" -"No not really, I did go a bit before that to ask Miku about something but left afterwards, why?" -"Can you come over to Rui's?' -"Sure thing!!!"
I'm glad to see shes still as positive as she can be.
Rui looked over to me.
"She's coming." I told him, and he smiled just a little bit.
Oh crap. "THE PIE!!!" i shouted as I ran to the kitchen to take out the Apple pie, Thankfully it didn't burn to crisps.
I looked over at Rui and gave him a "sorry" smile.
While we were waiting for Emy we went to decorate the pie, It may have been fine but it still looked a little burnt, so I basically dragged Rui with me to the grocery store and he kept making all sorts of faces when he saw any vegetable in sight.
-"Rui will you please stop doing that? The vegetable won't come attack you at night" -"But it's so disgusting, how did an overgrown plant get the approvement of its creator that we so call farmer to get put in a place like this and be eaten by people? Nobody really loves cabbages, its a leaf ball made to decieve us all"
I let him continue his blabbering and went to find cream for the tart.
I left the grocery store with a Rui and pie cream in hand, I'm glad he has mildly forgotten about the Tsukasa thing.
"Aaand done! I said as I put the pie cream on the pie."
Rui made little happy face in the pie cream and I startes laughing telling him it looked much more like a robot face.
And then the doorbell rang.
I rushed over to the door and opened it. "NENE-CHAN!!! RUI-KUN!!!!" Emu said as she rushed to me and Rui's side and hugged us. "What was the situation??" she said turning towards me. "We actually just finished our apple pie, care to join us first?" I replied to her. "oooh!!! Of course you guys!!!" She said as she rushed to take a seat on the table.
We all enjoyed the pie, Emu kept a piece for her friend and we startes chattering about random stuff, then I finally remembered what I called Emu for.
"Emu" She looked at me "We think that SEKAI is locked."
