Slenderman's pov

I woke up early. Earlier than I usually do, and I almost never wake earlier than Night. Night was still sleeping peacefully curled up to my chest. I looked her over, and I spotted he expanded stomach. I smiled widely knowing that today was the day. Any time today Night will go into labor, and our sweet baby will be born. I smiled again, and I slipped her out of my arms. I laid her down sucsessfully without waking her. I got out of bed, and made Night a breakfast of blueberry waffles, eggs, bacon, sassage, toast, and orange juice.
It may seem like alot of food, but these last five months Night inhales a shit ton of food. I put the plate of food, the glass of orange juice, and a small vase with a single Violet in it, on a black food tray. I was just about to pick up the tray when i heard and odd sound.I dismissed it, but then Night screamed out my name in pain.

"Slender!" She screamed.

I locked up in fear, and dropped the tray. The glass wear shattered, and food went everywhere. I booked it towards our bed room, and my brothers did the same. I was the first in the room, and I saw a horrifying sight. Night was on the bed breathing heavily, holding her stomach, and was sitting a pool of dark red fluid. Night screamed again and it killed me to hear her scream in pain like she was. I ran to her side, and grabbed her hand.

"Slender...my...my water broke." She said breathly.

"Hang on. We'll get you to the hospital." I Said.

I picked her up, and I got her through the forest and out to the side walk.

"Get my phone, and call Maria." Night instructed me.

I pulled out her phone and searched for 'Maria' but it wasn't there.

"It's...under 'Piggy' " Night managed to wheze out.

I click on Maria contact and it rung. It rang one, twice, three times.

"Hey Night." Maria said.

"It's not Night, It Slendy." I said.

I heard Maria gasp.

"Is something wrong?" She asked.

"Yes, but first. Do you have a car?"

"Yes. What's wrong!? Tell me!"

"Night's in labor and her water broke. Please hurry." I begged.

I heard Maria yell at Zack, Justyn, and Yvette to get in the car. I told them our wear about, an my brothers and I changed our looks. Maria pulled up in no time, anime climbed into the car. I told Night to keep breathing an hang on one more moment.
We pulled up to the hospital parking lot, and I half carried her inside. The nurses saw and out her on a stretcher, and pulled he into a delivery room. They make everyone but me wait outside. I went in and helped Night deliver.
The doctor said something was wrong. Night wouldn't stop bleeding, and the baby couldn't come out. They gave Night anistezia and she passed out. They made a c-section, and tried to pull the baby out, but the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby's neck. They said they were gonna have to push the baby back in, and they did.
They unwrapped the umbilical cord from around the baby's neck, and they pulled the baby out. A nurse took out baby, and disappeared while I sat there losing my damn mind. They said they couldn't stop the bleeding, and sent me into the waiting room with the others. I was mute for three hours while they tried to fix Night.
After hours of work a small baby's cry sounded. My head popped out of my hands, and tears stained my pale face. I was trying to face reality, but with the one I love in a hospital with continuous bleeding, my baby taken away by a nurse, and no one ti really comfort me I was a total train wreck.
As I staired at the door of the waiting room, a small busty blonde nurse came in holding a baby with red hair, black eyes, pale skin, and my mark on the left side of her neck.

"Say hello to your new daughter." The nurse said, and handed me my baby.

Tears streamed down my face harder with relief, but as the nurse walked away I looked up and spoke.

"Where Night?" I asked.

"Night? Oh you mean your wife?" She said.

"We're not married, but yes."

"Uh...some, difficulties have been met, and we're working to fix any problems." The nurse said.

"What's wrong?" Maria asked.

"Something went wrong with the anistezia and we can't keep Night's oxygen levels up, and she's lost an ungodly amount of blood." The nurse then disapperared silencing any further questions.

My little girl. My little Scarlet looked up at me, and light purple tears stress down her cheeks as she cried along with me. Grey tears streamed down my pale face, and stains my pale cheeks. The one person. That one thing I live for, is in a hospital dying. One by one every one of Night's friends gathered around me, some sitting on the floor, other standing beside me. Splendor laid one of his hands on my back, then hugged me tightly.
I looked up at him, and his expression looked grim. I was surprised beyond anything. Splendor always found the good side to every situation, but now, his cheeks were stained with tears, and his eyes, usually filled with happiness, laughter, and joy, were filled with a grim painfull, sorrowful look.

"Don't give up so easily guys. Night's a strong girl, and she'll fight for life if she has something to live for." Diamond said.

"Yeah. She's strong, and now that she has her new daughter and you, Slender, she'll fight till she falls just to protect you." Maria whispered.

"Yeah. D-don't give up. Be strong. For Night." I whispered, and wiped my tears away.

"Please stay Night. Don't go." I whispered.

"Stay. For us." Everyone whispered.
