Chapter fourteen; No pain, No gain

3rd person

The wedding has been planned, and it was set up. Today was the day. Night was with Trender finishing perfecting her walk in heel, while Splendor prepped the dress. The dress hugged her top and down by her waist the dress loosened up and was red with a black lace overlay. Night had though it was beautiful, then the moment had come. Night slipped into the dress and Splendor lead Night down the corridor, and outside to the wedding ceremony. As Night and Splendor made their way down the isle, the few people there to see the wedding take place, stood up out of respect and tradition. Night smiled that pearly white smile she had, and she looked perfect. In her hand she held a bouquet of back, red, and purple flowers that went perfect with the wedding. As Night walked down the isle, the trees loomed far over her, and her friends who gathered. At the end of the isle was the platform in which she would stand. Two partially dead trees made a natural arc and black, red, and purple lanters hung everywhere. Slender was waiting for his soon to be bride, and he was somehow looking more well groomed than usual. (Idk how tht's possible. XD) As Night reached Slender, she passed her flowers back to Blue. The ceremony began and they said their vows, demonstrating that now was the time to let each other know, they needed one another. Once the closing began, and Slender slipped the ring on Night's finger......all you could do was fear for the life of a child.

I was so close. Just a few more moments and she'll be all mine.

I slipped the ring onto Night finger, and the closing started.

"By the power vested in me, and the internet, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." My brother, Trender finished.

I Leaned down waiting for out lips to connect, but they never did. An ear splitting scream filled the air, and someone I knew all too well, stepped from the shadows. He had no hair on his skin that seem as if it was just stretched over his bones. The rake. His black beady eyes boared into mine, and in his hands was one of the most precious things to me, my little princess. Scarlet.
