When Chloe woke up, she was in the hospital bed, her mom and her brother asleep on the chairs.

It took Chloe a few seconds to remember everything that had happened.

The worst two days of her life came back to her.

But she survived.

She was covered in bandages, scars, bruises. But she survived.

She shifted under the covers, the sounding waking Scott up due to his sensitive hearing.

"Hey," he whispered, smiling at his sister, "are you okay?" he asked as he slowly pushed his chair towards his sister. Trying not to wake their mother up.

"I don't know," she raspy voice spoke up, her eyes pooled tears, "how did I even get here?"

Scott handed her a glass of water, "we--" Scott chuckled, "I don't really know, but we heard you scream. Isaac found you."

"Banshee." she muttered she remembering what Jennifer had told her, "she called me a banshee."

Scott who looked even more confused than she was and didn't know how to answer, "what happened to her?"

"She's gone." he told her, he reassured her.

Chloe noticed something about Scott had changed, his aura was completely different than before, "something happened, didn't it?"

"What do you mean?"

"Something about you changed. Your aura is... I don't know how to explain it."

But before Chloe could further talk, Scott flashed his alpha eyes at her. 

Making the girl scream in surprise.

"What? What?" Melissa fell from the chair, "you--" Chloe looked at her brother, "Did you kill someone?" she whispered.

Scott widened his eyes and shook his head, "No! Dude! No!"

"He's a true alpha." Derek who was outside the door explained, "the method by which a werewolf can attain the status of alpha werewolf without having to kill and take the status or inherit the status from another alpha."

"How did you get here?" Chloe asked Derek.

"I was right outside. I heard you yell, so I came to check if you were okay." he explained.

Chloe laughed, "guys! my sister came to visit me!" 

Derek rolled his eyes, meanwhile Scott laughed, "you're still not letting the sister thing go?"

"Never."

Chloe was under constant supervision. Surprisingly she didn't mind.

She was scared that Jennifer might come back.

"Are you even listening to me?" 

Chloe turned to face Danny, "yes, Danny. You said something about fries."
