You were both protected by Lilly's love and you were both there that night, you had the scar to prove it, mirroring your brother's but no-one knows about you, the world's best kept secret you could say. You were raised by the Dursley's as well but treated worse than Harry for some reason.
Btw, while Harry looked like James with Lilly's green eyes, Y/n looks like Lilly with James' sky blue eyes, (or like you if you would rather):

The story will start in the Leaky Cauldron, written in first person
Up until then everything was the same as in the philosopher's stone but with you as well.
Note; I'm sorry this was a separate chapter but I thought it might be better to separate the introduction and Chapter 1. Also, my chapters are very long, I've tried to make it as though it was the first book but from y/n's perspective as this is what I would enjoy reading I have almost finished the first chapter so you will see what I mean but please feel free to comment your thoughts and opinions, if anyone ever reads this xx.
