"Alright now, ball change." I looked at the instructor with a confused look plastered on my face. She had Megan and I learning some type of weird choreography. See, I don't dance. I mean, sure, I probably could if I wanted too. Let me rephrase, I don't want to dance.
"It means change your feet, stupid." Megan joked around. So I did. I felt pretty dumb doing everything, but looking in the mirror, it looked pretty good so far.
We then put the cherography to music. Some song called "Another Love." We practiced a couple more times, before Christian and Nicole came into the studio.
"How's it going so far?" Christian asked.
"It can use a few tweaks, and there's still a couple of kinks to work out, but other then that, it looks pretty good." Our instructor said. "Show them." She gestured to us, and played the music. Megan looked at me before we walked over to the left corner where we were suppose to start.
Our instructor started the music, and I did as much as I could remember. It wasn't as easy as it looked. Learning a three minute piece and it being a partner dance all in one day. We were both still new to this kind of thing.
My mom had been trying to get me to learn how to dance for ages. Telling me I'd need to learn how for weddings and galas. My parents got invited to that kind of thing all the time, and they always wanted me to go with them. I didn't enjoy it as much as Brooklyn or even Cruz. Dressing up, dancing, wasn't my thing. If you couldn't already tell.
"Stop!" Christian yelled. We had finished about half of what we were taught, when we dropped our hands and looked at him. Even Nicole was confused. "There!" I glanced at Megan, noticing that it wasn't just me who had a confused look on their face. Christian glanced back at Nicole before looking at Megan. "Kiss him."
I watched as Megans face turned from confusion to horror.
"You want me to, what?" Megan asked. I saw Nicole nudge Christian. Giving him a look of "what are you saying?"
"Megan," Christian started, the way he was talking, I was pretty sure he was talking to all of us. "It goes with the vision I had for this campaign. Just trust me on this. If it doesn't look 110% perfect, then we'll take it out. I just want this to be so great, everyone will watch it, rewatch and rewatch it again."
"Can't I just wait until the actual filming to do it?" Megan asked. It sounded more like a beg.
"Megan, trust me. It's not that big of a deal. Let's finish the dance, and see how it looks tomorrow. If we don't like how it looks, you won't have to do it. I promise." Nicole said. She sounded like she understood what Christian meant.
It didn't really matter to me if we did or not. People would keep watching the video, which is obviously good publicity for Burberry. It wouldn't be my first kiss. Well, my first one was when I was like, six. So it doesn't really count. But my entire family would see, and that'd probably the weirdest part. Not to mention the entire world, and all the fans.
I looked over and Megan. She was still making a disgusted face. I wasn't taking this personally, though. Which I don't really understand.
"Just kiss the boy, Megan." I heard Nicole say before leaving the room.
We looked at our instructor. "Okay, let's take it from the beginning," We started to walk towards the corner, where we were suppose to start. "With the kiss this time."
We'll have to see how this turns out.
