ah 6k but if dalawa tayo, then 3k each
own bathroom and kitchen na yan
may 2 rooms din sayo yung isa, akin
yung isa
wala ring curfew tapos yung payment,
included na doon yung kuryente at
tubig, may free wifi rin
tahimik din neighborhood, rinig pa
yung "sound effects" from campus
malapit rin sa palengke, walking
distance lang pati yung mga gate sa
uni :)
