Chapter 1

Y/n pov

"Y/n honey!" My father called me from the kitchen making me scrambled eggs and bacon, "oh good morning pops" I greeted still half-awake "How'd you sleep?" "I slept alright, I did have a tiny nightmare though, but overall it's good." I told him. "Well im sorry to hear that, but you should get ready for school! Your going to be lat-oh wait it's a Saturday silly me!"

My father is a part time magician who attends at little kids birthday parties, I remember when I was young Samson ripped my favorite stuffed animal I named him max since my uncle coincidentally is max so I renamed him moxie. But enough about that I should get ready for Finney's baseball game today!

*Later on in the day {Ik I'm lazy 💅}

I decided to wear something casual so I picked out a cute little dress since I felt like being like a normal lady and also to impress finney since I had a crush on him in 3rd grade!

"Dad I'm heading out!" I yelled thinking he'd hear me, but instead of my dad coming to see me it was my uncle max, "hey kiddo! You look amazing! Have fun alrighty! And stay out of trouble!" My uncle complemented me and warned me at the same time, I swear dropped and smiled "I will uncle I promise you!" I gave him a quick peck on the cheek and rode my bike to the game.

*At the game*

I was sitting by Gwen and Donna I thought shed be at volleyball practice I guess not, as I saw coming yo see me I smiled nicely that it wasn't noticeable for Donna to see how stressed I've been. "Y/n l/n. How delightful of you coming to finney's baseball game. And I never thought you'd wear a dress! I love it!"

"Oh that's so sweet! That smile of hers! it makes me smile" i thought to myself and excepted the complement and watched the game.

Well sadly finney's team lost, he looked at me with a sad-smile before he changed out of his baseball clothes. After that me, Gwen, decided to head on home until Bruce came up to me "Hey your y/n l/n right?" He asked me. "Why yes I am, you must be Bruce Yamada" I politely said. "hey great volleyball game last month! It's amazing how you beat Donna and her team in just one minute!" He complemented me, I blushed at his response and I thanked him for his sweet comment. he asked me to sign his autograph on his baseball cap, I couldn't just say no to the famous bruce Yamada, so I did. He also did the same for me on my white bow I wore. "Thank you I appreciate it! I'll see you for your next game!" He winked at me and got on his bike and headed home. I smiled to myself before he left, "OoOoO~ the famous volleyball player Y/n L/n likes baseball player Bruce Yamada~" Gwen teases me "No I don't plus who would like a volleyball player anyway?" "I know who fin-" Gwen stopped at her sentence, and I looked at her confused "What?" "Nothing anyways I gotta head home, see you on Monday y/n!" "Bye Gwen!" And just like that I headed home and went to sleep...

Bruce POV:

On the way home, all I could think about the Unstoppable Y/n l/n. My mind wouldn't stop thinking about her, but I do know that I can't like her that way! Because I know she has feelings for someone else! But that's okay! Y/n is my best friend! Even tho we only met like 10 minutes ago. I was looking around until my eyes caught at a black mini van driving slowly. A man dropped his groceries on the ground, I immediately went over not minding my bike to help him "Oh thank you young sir! My goodness what a mess I've made. I'm sorry" he said feeling guilty. "No it's not a problem! It happens to people every once in a while." I said sweetly, "You know I'm a part time magician. Would you like to see a magic trick?" He asked me I thought about it for a quick second but I decided it'll be fun just to see a magic trick before I head on home, he opened the back of his van and covered my mouth and sprayed something in my mouth and pushed me inside the van and just like that...

Everything went Black...
