I woke up to loud music booming from downstairs. I groaned slowly sittin up. Wtf bro. I got up from the bed and walked out the room. I stormed downstairs and into the living room. I saw some people I didn't recognize. "YO WTF." I yelled catching everyone's attention. Someone turned off the music and looked at me. "Who is you?" One of them asked. "I could ask the same damn question right about now." I said squinting my eyes. Just then the front door opened revealing Kentrell. "Hey ma." He said comin in closing the door giving me small peck on my forehead. "Ohh wsg Top." I heard the dude say to Trell. "Damn I ain't know ya'll was here." Kentrell said dapping him up. "I want ya'll to meet my girl dis Ashley, Ashley this Quando and No Cap." He said with hand around my waist. "No cap." I said laughing. The dude looked at me rolling his eyes. "Lighten up." I said tucking sum hair behind my ear. "What's your real name cuz I ain't callin you no cap." I said. "You da feds?" He questioned sizing me up. "I do too much shi to be the damn feds best believe." I mugged. "Damn." Quando said laughing. "Kobe." He mumbled. I nodded. "Nice to meet ya'll but the next time ya'll come up in here blastin sum damn music Ima hurt ya'll." I said pointing at him. They threw they hands up in defense. I turned around walkin back up the stairs. I then made my way to Kentrell's room and laid down on the bed. I closed my eyes going back to sleep when I felt the bed dip. Kentrell wrapped his arms around me stuffing his head into the crook of my neck. "I missed you." I laughed. "I missed you more." I said snuggling up more to him. "Where did you go?" I asked lookin up at him. "Had to handle sum business dats it." He said lookin down at me stroking my hair. I smiled. "Tee comin ovea today." He said changin the subject. "For real." I covered my mouth gettin happy. "Damn she makes you mo happy den me?" He questioned actin fake hurt. "Neva." I said puttin my hands on his face bringing him into a kiss. He kissed back trying to deepen it. I broke the kiss shakin my head. "It's too early to be on sum freaky shi." I giggled gettin up from the bed. "It's 10 right now." He said following me into the bathroom. I smiled pullin out my toothbrush. I got the toothpaste from out the cabinet. I turned the water on then put some on my toothbrush and began brushing my teeth. I looked at him through the mirror to see him staring at me. I finished up brushing my teeth befo spitting the toothpaste out and rensed my mouth wit water. I wiped my mouth wit the towel then turned around. "What." I smiled. He looked down at me wrapping his arms around my waist bringing me closer to him. "I'm grateful for you." He mumbled layin his head down on my shoulder. I didn't say anything cuz the last time I told him I loved him he flipped out. Maybe he's not used to people sayin dat to him, or maybe he doesn't believe me. He lifted his head up lookin at me funny. "You straight?" He asked. "Nah I'm gay." I laughed wierdly. He let go of me scanning my facial expression. "Lemme find out." He said pointing at me. I shook my head. "It's a joke Kentrell." I replied back walkin past him. I went over to the closet to pick something out for me to wear today. What color are we feelin today??? Maybe red. Yeahhh sum red. I sat out my outfit layin it out on the bed. I then went in the bathroom and washed up cuz I didn't feel like takin a shower. I came back and got my clothes on then went in the bathroom to do my hair. "Dior." I heard Kentrell call me from downstairs. I did my last swoop on my edges befo goin downstairs to see what he wanted. "Huh?" I said walkin into the living room. "I'm hungry." He said with a smile. "Ok and you tellin me dis becauseee." I said. He stoned faced me. "Make me sum to eat." He demanded. See I was jus playin wit him I was gonna make he sum to eat, but now he demanding and I don't like dat shi cuz who tf you talkin too?? I mugged him. "Watch ya mouth." I said befo brushin past him walkin ovea to the couch where Ben was sittin. "Heyyy bestie." I cheesed. "What's goin on lil top." He smiled. "Lil top?" Quando questioned lookin up from his phone. "Yeahh we call hea dat cuz she like Top she'll switch on yo ahh." Ben said puttin his hand up to do our handshake. "4kt nawfside 38. We put guns to the face ain't nobody safe, who tf gon die today, slime." I said throwin up Kentrell's set. "See." Ben laughed. Kentrell finished recording me. "MIni me." He smiled. "When Tee comin ovea?" I whined. "Ion know ask hea." He said sittin down on the couch next to Kobe. I took my phone out textin Tee askin hea bout what time she'll be comin ovea. "Omw right now." She texted. I smiled. "Ima go check on Prince real quick." I said gettin up befo joggin up the stairs. I walked down past Trell's room gettin to Prince's. I opened it to see him sittin there starin out the window. "Heyy." I said lowly. No response. I sat down lookin out the window wit him for a little while befo he finaly said sum. "Are you happy?" He asked lookin ovea at me. I frowned a little. "In what way?" I asked continuing to look forward. "In life." He mumbled. "I mean if I'm bein honest ain't nobody gon be fully happy in life." He asked. "You, Kentrell, Diamond, the gang, and music." I answered smiling. He looked back at me and I looked at him. "Prince shit happens, it's life, we lost ma den we was put into foster care, now were out. You gotta make best wit what you have." I said puttin my hand on his shoulder. "You strong asf I know you are now all I need you to do is pull dat out." I said. His facial expression changed. "I miss hea." He said as a tear rolled down his face. "I understand." A confused expression came up on my face as I heard a female voice as I got closer to the living room. "No kentrell I don't give a face." I heard her say as I walked fully into the living room. It was star. I rolled my eyes. I looked ovea at Quando and Kobe they look annoyed. "You haven't seen him in weeks now, it ain't right." She yelled. Kentrell rolled his eyes. "I don't even know if he's mine." He yelled back. "Can ya;ll shut tf up." Ben mugged. "Was anybody talkin to yo glorilla lookin ass." She sassed. Now it's time for me to step in. I said as my eyes changed colors. Kentrell rushed ovea tryna get me off of her but she landed one on me. "Tf." I yelled swinging back at her watchin her fall to the floor. Knocked her ass right out. "Damnnnn." Kobe and Quando said together. I was huffing and puffing as Kentrell pulled me ovea to the couch. "You ok?" He asked checkin my face. "I'm fine." I said moving his hands. "Ay get her outta here." He said turning around lookin at Quando. He got up pickin up the unconsicous Star caryying her outside. "You got knocked tf out." Ben pointing laughing. I giggled. "No mo fighting ya heard me." Kentrell said pointing at me. I rolled my eyes. "Den maybe you should keep yo hoes in line den." I mugged. He mugged me back. "Hoes?" He repeated. "I didn't stutter." He let me go and sat back down on the couch. "You gon make me sum food or what?" He asked lookin at me. "Not until you learn how tf to speak." I said crossing my arms. I tried pushin him away. "I'm hungry ma." He whined. "Ok ok." I laughed pushing him away gettin up. I walked into the kitchen and got the pots and pans and got the stuff out to make the food. Just then the front door opened revealing Teelee. I nearly screamed. "TEE." i yelled running ovea to her. She smiled dropping her purse. We got into a tight hug and swayed from side to side. "I missed you bitch." She said as we released from the hug. "I missed you too." I said with smile. "You look thicker whatchu been doin." She said twirling me in a circle. I smiled doing different poses. "Where's Prince?" She asked walkin into the living room. "Right here." Prince said coming down the stairs. "Wsg youngin." She said sittin next to Kd. "So I don't get no big ass hug like what she jus got." Kentrell mugged Tee. "Right." Prince agreed coming ovea and sittin down next to Ben. "Cuz I see ya'll niggas enough." She scrunched her face up. I laughed shakin my head going back into the kitchen to make some food. "Ya'll want breakfast or sum else?" I asked. "Shii breakfast is fine." I heard Ben yell. I nodded gettin the sausage and shit out. Jus then there was knocked at the doe. "Ash can you get dat?" Kentrell yelled. "You get it I'm makin yo food." I yelled back. I heard him smack his lips. "Our food." Ben yelled makin me shake my head. Fat ass. Just then my phone dinged with a notification. It was Diamond she had posted and then she had texted me.
