In Adventure City , Rubble is outside of the lookout waiting for his cousin . Chase exit the lookout and walk toward Rubble .
Chase : Hey Rubble ! Waiting for someone ?
Rubble : Yeah , I'm waiting for my cousin Wheeler . I already made a promise letting him explore Adventure City .
Chase : Well speaking of waiting , here he comes .
Rubble and Chase saw Wheeler arrive in his dump truck . He exits the vehicle and walk toward his cousin .
Wheeler : Rubble , it's good to see you !
Rubble : It's good to see you Wheeler . Oh , this is Chase our police pup .
Chase : Hey Wheeler ! Nice to meet you .
Wheeler : Nice to meet you ... Um ... Chess ?
Chase : It's Chase .
Wheeler : Right ... Chase ! Sorry about that .
Chase : It's okay .
Rubble : Hey Wheeler , are you ready to explore Adventure City ? There's a lot of things you can see in this city .
Wheeler : Sure ! Let's go and thanks for promised me .
Rubble : You're welcome !
Rubble and Wheeler started running to the city while Chase enter back to the lookout . At the market , Zavok , Kraab , Orbot and Cubot are shopping some “ evil scheme ” items .
Zavok : You know what's the best day what I really do ?
Cubot : Buying some stuff and destroy the paw patrol and those two dudes .
Zavok : Yeah ! The best items on sales ! I got bolts , metal parts and more .
Orbot : Perhaps we could get something nicely for the lair since Island Fortress is a bit Island Fortress .
Zavok : Stop complaining about my lair , tin oil ! You look exactly like Herman .
Kraab : Dude , Herman is super annoying . He should probably shut up for 3 day or place him inside the chokey .
Cubot : Yeah ... That's reminded me about his crazy chatting .
Zavok : We can get all chitchat we want until we finished shopping .
Kraab : Okay but who's going to carry all of the groceries ? Aero-Chaser Number 2 or Drillbert ?
Zavok : We use Electrio mech-man as our groceries carrier since Number 2 is mop the bathroom .
After shopping , Zavok give the electrio badnik the grocery bag and the rest they carry and left the market until they meet Rubble and Wheeler .
Zavok : Hey loser !
Rubble : Great , it's fanghead .
Wheeler : Who ?
Rubble : That's Ghost of phantom Zavok . He's the main villain of our “ paw patrol main villain thing ” .
Wheeler : What's that even mean ?
Rubble : I don't know how to explain .
Zavok : Hello ? Bulldog , I'm right here ! That's rude for you trying to ignore me .
Rubble : Yeah , I know . Can you and your team stop bothering me ? I'm giving my cousin for a tour .
Kraab : What ? So you won't lose a life ? Pathetic !
Team Zavok and Electrio mech-man started laughing . Then Rocky and Chip walk towards to Rubble and Wheeler .
Rocky : Hey Rubble !
