IDK HOW BUT I JUST- bGJAFK now- onto the story!

A few months go by and everything seems fine. Juniper continues to watch the plants (The Cure) and she takes frantic yet organized notes. Hookworm on the other hand has been watching Juniper. She noticed small habits the Rainwing did, like how her tail twitched when she was focused, or how she would sometimes chew her claws when she was stressed. Hookworm was fascinated by the sleek, blue rainwing. But she didn't know why. She hated it. Juniper has also been keeping an eye on her hot headed roommate. She enjoyed the company. Yet she also liked having her space which Hookworm was happy to give her. but over the time they spent together Hookworm seemed to get... distracted. Her normally clean desk was in shambles and she seemed to get off task. Juniper couldn't help but feel like she was the cause of all of this. So, one late night while Hookworm was trying to work, Juniper spoke up.

"Hey.. Hook?" The Rainwing called out softly.

"Hm?" The Hivewing turned her head slightly to look at the Rainwing.

"Are you alright? You seem... down." The Rainwing said. The Hivewing stayed motionless.

"Im fine." The Hivewing finaly growled.

"No your not, I can tell your not fine Hookworm." Juniper pushed on, her tail swinging from side to side gently. The Hivewing growled. She hated that Juniper could read her so... Well...

"whatever! Ming your own!" The Hivewing scowled. Juniper only sighed.

"It's because of me. I can tell. ever since I came here you have been more and more distracted. Look at your desk! No offence but its hidious!" Juniper pointed at the very messy desk that had seemed like a dragonet had thrown everything on there at once. Hookworm looked at her desk and then back at Juniper. She hung her head. "Look Hookworm.. I dont want to be a distraction, I want you to focus on your study. And the only way I see that happening is if I give you space, so I will." Juniper picked up her bag and slung it neatly over her long neck.

"What are you doing..?" Hookworm asked, clueless.

"Im leaving." The Rainwing said bluntly. Hookworm flinched a little.

Leaving...?

The Hivewing only scowled and looked away, not even bothering to try and stop Juniper. She knew that if Juniper had her mind set on something there was nothing that would stop her. Juniper looked back at Hookworm before ducking under the cave entrance and dissapearing into the fog.
