At the movies
We watch something my baby brother would watch.
It's called 'Turn The TV Up a Notch.'
It's about bees
Who learn how to use a TV.
It's stupid if you ask me.
Once done, we go to the mall.
I buy Ashley expensive shoes.
I get her a purse then
And she asks for a dress
But I don't have the money on me for it.
Ashley complains
So I promise her I'll get her it next time.
she looked...
Sad when I said it.
Like she was falling deeper
And deeper
And deeper
And deeper
Into a
Scary
Black
Hole.
I ask if she' s okay
She just mumbles and walks away.
She frowns.
She looks down.
And a tear slips down her cheek.
I ask her what's wrong.
But apparently,
She can't tell me.
