Sev and Delta Squad's success in capturing the power plant was outstanding and undeniable. Ingrid and Andersen expected him to fail but his outside-of-the-box thinking, aggressive actions, and suspicious information are just too perfect to be coincidences. Now that his identity as an outsider is exposed, He and his squad were arrested. Sev was disarmed and he had no choice but to surrender grudgingly so that he would be brought before Andersen.
Rather than be interrogated for his anonymous and suspicious background, He was surprisingly praised for his heroic actions. He also questioned what happened on his mission and Sev told him everything that he saw, including how the Raptures operate their machines. Andersen's reply was something that Sev wasn't expecting, considering he might be no longer useful.

Andersen: "You are hereby banished."
Sev: "I was expecting an execution."
Andersen: "I do not know who you truly are or what you are up to but the nerve for you to hack into our system and register your name as one of the Ark? Simply impressive."
Sev: "Well, I thought it was obvious ever since I got here. I never hacked into the system. Marian... simply registered it."
Andersen: "Interesting... However, I would like to commend you for your flexibility and superb abilities to handle such a delicate mission. If other Commanders would be in your shoes, They would have gone sideways and those precious resources would have been wiped out."
Sev went silent as he wanted him to get to the point and not delay his execution or his upcoming death sentence. He was handcuffed, but he can break loose and escape the Ark, even if he had to fight thousands of Nikkes.
Andersen: "However, despite your prowess, the fact you're an outsider and not a registered citizen of the Ark would prove to be a problem. You're lucky that you aren't sentenced to death. As of today, You and your squad are banished to the Outpost. But don't worry too much. There are at-least some available resources there. We shall meet again, but in better terms."
The mass-produced Nikkes took Sev away from Andersen as he was taken back to the elevator leading up to the surface. His weapon and all of his belongings were returned, and he just sat there, waiting for his squad to return. Back in the office, Both Ingrid and Andersen discuss what to do with Sev as his success was serious enough to catch their attention.
Andersen: "Any updates on the combat report?"
Ingrid: "I've just finished analyzing it."
Andersen: "Well?"
Ingrid: "In a nutshell, I wouldn't consider them particularly effective in actual combat. However, This outsider Sev knows something that we don't and the fact he pulled this off is suspicious enough to catch my attention. The Raptures at the power station are different beasts entirely compared to their brethren. "
