Trigger warning
I drown in as the world around me spin.
I suffocate on my own air.
My lungs feel like they're failing me.
I take deep breaths.
Only to return to my previous shallow one's.
Hopeless, I stand as I watch the room spin.
I'm as stiff as a board.
Gasping for air.
Feeling like death is reigning apon me.
All I could do was stay.
So aware.
But so unaware.
Yet I'm fine.
I'm fine but it continues.
I'm not ok.
No.
