Scince I was a kid I used to think there were aliens in space and one day they would come down to earth and take over the world. But how I was wrong, they were fake there was no such thing of aliens taking over the world, the only thing that was real where the disfigured creatures that hid themselves form humans.

That cought my attention, and it followed me through my life.

Robin pov
I sigh as I finally get the last coffee done. Amy hands me a strawberry drink "here drink this it'll give you some energy" I give her a smile and take a sip of it. The whole day it has been packed with lots of people, I'm glade there's lot's of people coming in that means I get paid more but it's so exhausting and my hands hurt with so many drinks I have to make.

I relax myself before putting my drink down as Amy calls out to me. "Here, I need a mango boba drink" I nod and start getting the drink ready. After I'm done I write the name and call out to him, a tall skinny man walks up to me and I hand him the drink. "Thank you" he says. I smile and go back to drinking my shake.

From the looks of the suit he's wearing I'm pretty sure he works in a business but which?. He looked up from his computer and gave me a smile, I quickly look away, was I staring so hard. Damnit he probably thinks I'm so weirdo that stares at people or something.

Finney pov
The boy quickly looks away from me, I don't have time to stare at some boy who doesn't know when to stop staring at people. I go back to my computer and continue typing. I could feel the boys eyes back on me and it distracted me very much. But I ignored it and got everything I needed to get done. I submit my response and close my computer.

I look back at the boy who's making a drink. His nice black silky hair in a ponytail follows behind him. He looks tired and I wouldn't blame him it was packed this morning so I couldn't come at my usual time and he definitely had to do so much. There's not many people working here, its only him that girl at the cash register and sometimes that boy with short hair who I assume is the young girls brother.

I get up and walk up to him. "Is there something you need sir?" He asks. "What's your name?" I say, "robin Arellano". I nod my head and hand him some cash. "Keep this, you've done a lot you deserve it" I pat his head then head to the cash register where I pay for my drink.

Robin pov
After he leaves I fall back on my chair and start blushing and going crazy. "Seems like someone has a crush~" Amy starts making kissey face while I rolled my eyes. "We'll see you tomorrow tell Bruce I said hi" I get my bag and head out the door. The cold breeze hits my body and I shiver a bit. It's dark outside and the only light source that helps me is the street lights.

I don't really love walking home at night that's why I don't like working late but I try to walk as fast I can. Once I'm inside I put my stuff away and take a quick bath. Then I just lay on the couch and watch whatever's on TV. But there was nothing interesting so I went into my room to see if I had any games.

Nope nothing, I went back downstairs and sat in silence. My doorbell rang and I jumped up to go get it. Nothing.... I close the door and lock it. Something about this house that I don't like is that it's in the back of it there are endless of treas that you can get lost in and it's obviously all ways dark. I turn off all the lights and head to bed. Maybe someone was playing around or something. I drifted off to sleep pretty fast

Amy pov
After Robin left I cleaned all the tables off when my brother Bruce came in. "Where's robin?" He asked. "He left early, I feel bad he had so many drinks to prepare" I said in a sad tone. Bruce put his coat down and helped me out with the rest of the tables. After we finished we got our stuff and closed the doors. "Hey Bruce can you put my stuff in the car I forget something inside" I said, he nodded and I ran back inside. Once I found what I was looking for I was heading out when I saw a pice of paper on the floor

How did we miss this? I picked it up and is had different types of creatures on it, like for example one of these creatures had a giant hard with one giant arm while the res of it's body was normal. I gaged a bit before throwing it out.

Robin pov
The next day at work was okay it wasn't so packed. The same man came back but This time he had flowers in his hand, I assumed he was waiting for his wife or someone but he walked towards me. "Hello robin how's yours day been" he asked. "Okay it's not that packed so I'm glade" I laughed a bit. "Well these are for you darling, I want to you to company me tonight. I'll pick you up" he was about to walk away but I quickly grabbed his shoulder.

"Wait, do you know where I live? And what clothes should I wear?"

"Where what ever clothes your comfortable with and..... I'll be arriving at your house don't be late"

He walked away and I just started in disbelief. Amy nudged my arm "Ooooo~, someone's got a date tonight" I smiled all silly before putting the flowers away. After my shift Bruce took the rest for me. "Thanks! See you tomorrow!" I waved goodbye and ran to my house to get ready.

He said to where something I'm comfortable with so I threw on a large bad shirt with jeans and converse. I was debating no doing my hair but I just let it down. After I sat in my bed waiting for him. This was my first time going out with someone so I was really nervous. I looked at myself one more in the mirror take make sure nothing was showing that I didn't want them to see.

The doorbell ran and I ran downstairs. I opened the door and Finney was standing outside with a smile. "You look darling now let's go" he sort of pulled me to the car witch I didn't like but i didn't say anything about it. The car ride was awkward no one spoke.

We arrived to this big tower and I looked at him confused. He didn't even say anything and pulled me inside, This was certainly not a good first date. There where many people walking around and greeting him when they saw him. We entered a room and there was a man on the stage talking, we sat down and watched him. Finn put his hand on my lap and left it there.

It was pretty boring and I was going to ask to leave but then they called his name out.

"Finney Blake our good founding brother of theses creatures that will soon be free"

Finn stood up and picked me up. "LET GO OF ME!?" I yelled out. Finn put me down on the stage and held my wrists tight.

"Yes thank you brother, today is a very special day for me and my husband". He said, "I AM NOT YOUR HUSBAND!?" Finn slapped me in front of everyone. A few tears slipped through my eyes. "Sorry about that, as I was saying today is a very special day for all of us, today is the day I get promoted and soon I will be the head leader of the merfolk invasion"

My heart dropped when he said that, he was the leader of what!?. Everyone clapped and cheered for him, he looked at me and gave me a kiss, "and you darling, you will be right by my side to see everything".

My heart shattered, was I the only one that was in love, did he not love me, was he forcing himself to love me just because I loved him
