Two weeks Later - Just the Halstead's

When the sunlight came from Jay and Hailey's bedroom, Hailey got out of bed and kissed her husbands forehead & she walks down the stairs to see her daughter crying on the couch as she walks over to her she said..

" Sweetie! Are you okay?." Hailey asked her daughter
" No, I'm not okay school is just getting harder and harder I don't think I should be going to school mum." Brooke said as she nodded
" Okay do you want me to call the school and your teachers & tell them that your not going today?." Hailey asks her
" Yes please." Brooke said as she smiled and walked off to the kitchen as her father came down
" Hi sweetheart where's your mother?." Jay asks his daughter
" She's in the kitchen." Brooke replied as he nodded and kissed her forehead as he walked into the kitchen where his wife was

( In the kitchen)

" Isn't she supposed to be getting ready for school?." Jay asks as he gave Hailey a kiss on the cheek
" Yeah but she doesn't feel like going today." Hailey said as he frowned
" And why is that?." Jay asked
" I would rather not say it." Hailey said and he rolled his eyes
" come on Hails your my wife and she's our daughter." Jay said as she nodded
" Yeah but that's not my decision to make it's her's not mine." Hailey said as she walked back out into the living room leaving him standing

( Out of the kitchen)

Some hours later

" Daddy?." Brooke asks him as he turned tords her
" Yeah sweetheart?." Jay asked
" Are you mad at me for skipping school today?." Brooke asks and he smiled a little bit
" No sweetie I'm not mad, I just wanted to know why that's all." Jay said as she sat down next to him
" School is just getting harder and harder & I'm in 10th grade do you remember your time when you where in 10th grade?." Brooke asks her father as he nodded
" Yeah I remember, it was the worst but as soon as the summer came I was already for 11th grade." Jay said as she nodded and Hailey came out
" Momma, do you remember your first day of being 10th grade in high school?." Brooke asks her mother as she also nodded
" Yes! But mine wasn't safe." Hailey said and Jay was confused
" What do you mean not safe Babe?." Jay asks her
" I would rather not say it." Hailey said as he sighed but Brooke replies with
" You know Husband and wife should be telling their secrets to each other not hiding or keeping it." Brooke explains
" Yeah I guess your right, wow your good at this marriage thing." Jay said as Hailey nodded
" Yeah is there any reason why your so good at it?." Hailey asks her
" Well I wanna be a marriage counseler when I grow up." Brooke said as they both smiled
" Well that's the great way to start." Hailey said as Jay smiled
" So can you tell us why that your high school years wasn't safe?." Jay asks as she sighed softly and nodded
" Well it all started- ( stop for a moment)
