Rushing to see those porcelain eyes, rolling stones under her feet, almost burning, brought her to the most familiar place out there. So familliar that it almost feels like home. Since her mother is what makes a home in Qinglei's eyes, there's no wonder about it. Every time the excitement would be bursting and her inner child would wake as to release quite obvious sparks. The door has opened, eyes widely spread, while the one and only was standing right there. As always. Trapped, excluded. By everyone, really. Except her daughter. "Mother", Qinglei bowed before the water figure which appeared as she entered the room. "It's that time of the year." said the distant silhouette. "The time we meet and discuss. One must say broken silence sure is pleasant. Tell me, dear, do you never lose that childish spirit of yours? ". Qinglei chuckled and the conversation continued. But now it was rather serious. There had been information leak whithin the palace. As it turns out, many secrets are being uncovered. Unleashing them surely isn't something that would benefit higher-ups. However, Qinglei knew how to use it. She just needed more time. As their conversation would end, Qinglei's heart would be filled with void once again. The memories were haunting her. Screams inside her head would not stop. As the memory goes back in time, what felt like an eternity ago, in the darkness of midnight, an event occured. The door was forced open, thoughts running, time frozen, but most importantly, in the blink of an eye, her mother was gone. Realising what's happening, Qinglei wanted to fight against the injustice she'd been caused. Little did she know how the law works. She followed them outside on a stormy night. Almost reaching her mothers hand, punishment came knocking. The scar which was the result of trying to oppose to people in charge would've been the last thing that they did. If her mother was concious that is. The grief, pure hate towards the government has been growing ever since. Acting obidently was the only way out, that's all she knew. So now her goals have changed. After advising with her mother, she came right under their noses so as to gain insight, trust and power which would help her defeat the long decieved enemy.
