Kayame/ Midnight Fluff

Midnight finds darling cooking dinner.

Kayama sighed as she unlocked the door to her small home. She took a breath as she stepped in, getting ready to activate her quirk. She stopped dead in her tracks to the spotless living room and the smell of fresh food wafted in the air.

"Y/n?" she called out as she turned into the kitchen doorway. There was her darling, in an apron cooking dinner. Kayama looked at her darling speechless. y/n laughed and hugged her tight.

Just a few hours ago, Kayama had to sedate her lovely baby to get her to stop attacking her and throwing objects around. Now she's picked up the house and is cooking dinner with a smile on her face.

"I'm so glad you're back!" Y/n turned to the food and began grabbing plates and cups. "Dinners are almost ready, why don't you change into something comfy, and I'll set it up!" Nimri walked upstairs and got dressed, all with her thoughts running and feeling dazed.

Once downstairs, she sat at the table to have a heaping plate of her favorite food placed in front of her. Her face must have shown her confusion, because Y/n just laughed and took a bite from the plate. Kayama didn't realize what was going on till she felt y/n sit in her lap and nuzzle into her neck.

"What's this?" Kayama asked, now out of her daze and more than happy to hold her baby.

"I know i haven't been the most loving girlfriend i could be," y/n's voice sounded almost sad as she looked back at the kitchen. "So, I wanted to make it up to you!"

Kayama couldn't hold back the laugh, making y/n look up at her with a tilted head with a look of defeat.

"I'll clean it up for you, I'm sorry. I thought you'd like it-"

"I LOVE IT DON'T DO ANYTHING!" Kayama quickly stood, carrying y/n bridle style to the couch and sitting down with her still in her lap. "Just you letting me cuddle you is enough. I'll take care of the rest."
