Mermaid Izuku

The cold water snapped you out of your sleep. Your eyes quickly search the cave for the source. The torches were out so what little you could see was illuminated by the glowing algae surrounding the large pool of water in the middle of your "prison" camp.

You heard a playful chirp as you peered over the pool's edge to see your fishy friend.

You have never seen a mermaid before. But something about his fluffy, dry, green hair and piercing green eyes made you feel like you've known him forever. Or maybe it was something in his voice...

Well not really a voice. He couldn't talk. He communicated through chirps and clicks. He'd tried to say a few words. But none ever sounded right.

You didn't mind. He has his own way of communicating and you usually understand what he's saying.

You smiled at him and waved at the merman.

"Hello Izuku," you opened your arms as he pulled himself up from the water and placed his head in your lap.

You laughed as his webbed hand grabbed yours and placed it on his head. Nodding you started to run your fingers through his wet hair.

"How was your day? I didn't see you at all," he would usually stop by a few times a day to make sure you ate and to "talk" with you.

You received excited chirps as Izuku moved out of your lap and back into the water. You tilted your head to see what he was doing till you felt a hand grab your wrist.

You screamed as you were pulled into the cold water.

The cold feeling left as warm arms wrapped around you. You looked behind you to see Izuku resting his head on your back. Your body pressed to his.

"Izuku... Put me back I'll get sick," you've never been in the water with him and you couldn't swim. That's why you were here. A boating trip gone wrong. Why couldn't you leave since the only way out was a deep water tunnel you knew you'd drown in.

"Put me back... Please" your eyes started to water. You didn't know why but you felt scared. Exposed.

You felt Izuku shake his head against your back as an arm left you. You turned around to hold onto the merman so you wouldn't fall.

A small laugh escaped Izuku's mouth and you hit your face in his chest.

"Not funny"

Izuku gently pushed your head up to look at him with his hand and he showed you a small necklace.

The necklace had a silver chain and had a large heart framed diamond.

You couldn't help but gasp as you took the jewelry.

"Izuku... It's beautiful!" You smiled as you hooked the chain around your neck.

Izuku let out loud excited chirps and clicks as his head nuzzled into your chest.

You giggled before realizing he held your shirt in his mouth.

"Let that go" you nervously laughed.

Izuku chirped as he shook his head. The shirt tearing a little in the process. You tried to pull the fabric away from him but his grip was too strong.

Annoyed clicks sounded from Izuku's mouth as he pinned your hands down by your side.

You let out a sigh of relief as he let go of your shirt in his mouth. Only to have your mind race again when he slipped his hands under it and lifted the louse fabric over your head.

"IZUKU!" You tried to cover your chest but you were quickly restrained.

"No" your eyes widened at the first word you heard Izuku speak.

"No?" You questioned. Your mind racing and eyes searching for a way out of his grasp.

"Mates' ' your heart dropped into your stomach.

Realization kicking in your body fought to push the merman away.

His grip never loosened nor tightened as he pulled you closer to him and nuzzled his face in the crook of your neck.

"Izuku we aren't mates. We can't be'' you tried to reason only to be silenced by salty lips crashing into yours.

"Mate watch" you couldn't process the words, actual words, coming out of his mouth before your neck was attacked by soft but sharp bites.

You felt warm blood slowly steak down your neck as Izuku pierced skin.

Your vision clouded as you felt your body heat up and mind fogged.

"Izu..."

Y/n was finally in my arms, they took my offer!

Then why are they fighting me? They said yes to this. Maybe they just need a small push.

I sunk my teeth into their neck, their blood was so sweet and warm... No! I need to focus.

My venom slowly seeped into their system. Almost immediately taking effect as I saw their eyes gloss over.

"Pretty mate"

You could feel hands over your body as the rest of your clothes were stripped away.

You couldn't move as I saw the blur of Izuku move closer to your face.

Warm salty lips met yours and you couldn't stop your body as you reached out and pulled the body closer.

You smiled at the happy chirps from the blurry merman as you rested your heavy head on his shoulder.

"Mates?"

You just nodded against your will.

"Mates"
