Wedding

Kaminari stood at the flower arch. The yellow and black roses filled the air with a sweet smell. Small sparks buzzed around Kaminari as he waited for her. His perfect bride. The only one who can make him like this.

It's been two years since he's taken you from your home. From everyone you knew. They all thought you were dead. But now they all sit in rows as the music plays.

Small children skip down the isle. Each holding a basket of petals for them to throw.

The guests awed as a little toddler with bright yellow hair with black tips waddled down the isle. Her hands reached out Infront of her as she made her way to her dad.

Kaminari smiled as he picked up his baby and kissed her cheek. Her giggles had everyone smiling and laughing.

Then the song began.

Everyone stood as you slowly made your way into the small clearing of meadow. Your dress white and made you look even more like the goddess kaminari thought you to be.

Your mom walked up and you extended your hand for her to link arms. As you made your way down the petaled path she leaned to you and spoke in a whisper only you could hear.

"You still have time to turn and run," she slowed her pace as you neared the arch.

"Mamma Im not leaving him. He's the love of my life!" You had to go back to a whisper as your voice raised.

"Sweetie we all thought you were dead!" She wasn't trying to hold her voice down now and she came to a complete stop. Holding you with her by your arms.

"Mom, he was protecting me from the people who wanted to hurt me. And now I'm safe with him and Ray," your voice was raising as you felt anger build up.

"I know but-"

"And if you hate this so much then leave. I'm happy with my child AND my husband. So go take a seat or walk out," you cut her off and pulled out of her hold.

Tears built up in your eyes as you heard and felt your mother walk away. I don't need her. I have kaminari and Ray. I love them.

You were pulled out of your trance as you felt soft hands grab yours and you smiled at your soon to be. His eyes sparkled and he looked at you with all the admiration in the world.

Time slowed as the officiator talked. All you could hear was your heart bea
