Rigovia Central
The biggest and most eccentric city in all of North America. It stands along with other famous pillars of cities and countries. All known for their green energy, clean properties, joyful smiles all around. Well not really, every town has some trouble sturring up somewhere. That's why we have first responders and doctors and what not. Yet we lack armor, something to keep not only the citizens but as well as the first responders, so let's not forget the one thing that stands all those cities out across the globe...

(BYSTANDERS SCREAMING)
Cop #1: "GAUH! This is Rodriguez, we are persueing currently 4 individuals of a robbery down Winchester Av. And Florrence Dr! Requesting any available back up cruisers in the area.
Radio: "10-27!"
Cop #1: "License plate?!"
Cop #2: "uh!.... GHY-L90!"
Cop#1: "GHY-L90!"
Radio: "Got it! 10-4! All cruisers downtown in the area of Winchester Av. And Florrence Dr please assist in arrest of suspects in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Blue!"
Other Cop Cruiser: "Copy, Over and out!"
(GUNSHOTS)
(TIRE POP)
Cop #1: " Dammit!"
(SCREECHING)
(BRAKED)
Robber #4: "Ha! Got one of em suckers!"
Robbers #1: "Hell Yea! Good shooting!"
More cruisers start to show up onto the scene. 2 are tailing the jeep as the robbers start to load up more ammo. They peak outside the windows and start shooting.
Cruiser #1: "Gah! Roger I got sights on the suspects, it appears they have some kind of armor, maybe bulletproof?"
Cruiser #2: "Military Rejects I bet."
Robber #2: "Haven't had this much action since Iran!"
Robber #1: "Well smother in the feeling later and deal with the cops still!"
(GLASS SHATTER)
Cop #3: "AUGH! I'm hit!"
Cop #4: "Miranda!"
Cruiser #2: "Get behind me and I'll take over!"
(GUNSHOTS)
(BULLET RICOCHET)
Robber #4: "MOTHERFUCKER! Almost got the eye!"
