Light laughed in his cell.
"HAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHA! I ACTUALLY KILLED DIO! I AM THE ONE WHO CAUSED CHAOS ALL ALONG!!!"
In the cell next to Light, was Eren. Eren ranted to himself, "THIS IS CRUELTY. THIS IS EVILNESS. I WAS LOCKED IN PRISON JUST BECAUSE OF THE TRUTH? GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.. I MUST GET EVERYONE TO REVEAL THEIR TRUE SELVES!!! I MUST GET EVERYONE OUT OF THEIR DISGUISES! I MUST BREAK OUT OF THIS PRISON! Eren bites his arm and becomes a titan which breaks his cell. He picks up Light and eats him.
People outside scream and start running. A helicopter flying overhead captures a video showing Eren as a titan. He walks forward before turning back into his human form. Without thought, he stole a car and drove to The Rock's house.
When the sight of Eren as a titan got on the news, people were terrified. Middle-aged people on facebook spread rumors that vaccines were causing people to turn into "giants" or how the government was hiding giants from everyone , and young teens were talking about how there were other titans that would come. Some alien fanatics had a strong belief that this titan was an alien sighting. Some people believed it was staged.
In the prison, Goku saw this as a perfect opportunity to escape since the destruction had reached his cell as well. He climbed the wall, but then was caught red-handed... by JOE BIDEN.
